Like hundreds of other cases involving homicide. No control over what news media considers news worthy! Under 6th amendment has a right to review evidence.
Ruling: Murder in 1st degree and seeking lethal injection.............. law as he knows it states both sides have a right to be there..........
The defense and sheriffs and state of Florida all can be present.
LOVE IT - provide a room near by to discuss in private! Video of INSPECTION of evidence when open and looked at. Not the private conversations.
As abundance of caution, the judge will have someone answering phone that day and be available to immediately resolve disputes.

JB wanted more clarification of videotaping. JB asked that no members of defense be taped. Judge Perry said the video WILL contain taping of opening evidence and examanination and putting it back. He will redact what is needed!!!!!!!!!

The d-team's paranoia about videotaping always makes them look like they're trying to pull something off. IMO. JB trying to sneak something in now.

I don't think she is. She is in that brown jacket sitting behind the defense table. Her hair is much longer.

Judge has said move the items to the air conditioned facility. He also is requiring a listing of what items they want by Thurs, July 8th
