Here goes JB with something not on the agenda...
Last status hearing, no new discovery. Since then over 5,000 pages were released to him. Included were letters to his client. He doesn't understand the State's intention of releasing these, they were private.
Mason doesn't have enough experience to deal with this...sheesh.
Letters were in violation of JS order that discovery must be turned over within 10 days.
In addition, numerous other items that have absolutely no relevance to this case...
We still get things that were issued over 2 years ago...we've complained about it...
