You got your wish! Ruffles on the sleeves of her blouse...how sweet.
Another turn of the knife from Cindy. She provides the clothing, and KC has made it clear she hates ruffles :innocent:
You got your wish! Ruffles on the sleeves of her blouse...how sweet.
Your thought makes perfect sense. And to add.........she is always in the courtroom on time and HHBP always begins on time.
Today.........is the first day I recall where JB "went in" to see KC before the hearing. When she walked in I posted that it looked like she had been crying. Perhaps a better description by me would have been "she appeared shaken".
Also...other posts have mentioned that her body language after the hearing also appeared to snub JB. Perhaps she was still upset about the "news" she received.
I haven't read back yet, so forgive me if this has been said...
I found it very odd and unusal that Baez would turn this emergency hearing into his own little tyraid of how ICA has no privacy..NOT...this is him, he whines when things just don't go his way. HHBP asked if he filed a motion for sanctions, I would ask the same for the prosecutors! Have they filed their motion for sanctions on Baez for bringing contraband in and out of prison for ICA???
Then he's got the audacity, to ask for someone to look over his shoulder to ensure no hanky panky will go on while the evidence gets inspected by the defense. I laughed so hard when he states, no manipulation or tampering..Bet your biddy, it's on his mind??? To bring up Dr. Lee/LDB with the Phil Spector case was laughable and the wrong example to give, IMO...Dr. Lee was accused of misconduct, did he really want to put himself in that category???
He also keeps whining on how the defense was not allowed at the crime scene at Suburban...at that point, Caylee's remains were not positively ID'd, yet, he wanted to be there to watch CSI collect evidence??? When ever is a defendant present when collection of evidence is on going? Telling in itself, that tells me, they all knew it was Caylee before anyone else did? I too had my gut feeling that is was but to have the defense say so, shows to me consciousness of guilt, same with the video of ICA's reaction to being told remains found...I think this will blow up in his face and ICA's face. It's most telling to me!!! I also wonder why no one has set him straight on that aspect???? JMHO
I just LOVE HHBP, he reminds prisoner that she is accused of murder in the first degree with the ultimate penalty of death by lethal injection...ICA gulps hard when she hears those words..I do hope it's sunk in for her..she may take the high road and plead guilty to save her own skin..JMHO
I also noticed no more smiles from ICA...is it the newly capped tooth or is she truly pensive in her case..I also noticed how long her hair has gotten, along with Momma Anthony...these two woman are STILL in competition with each other, IMO...now I see why CA is letting her hair grow...justice for Caylee will happen...
Justice for Caylee
I agree.
I noticed the same thing about the Inmate and wondered what it was specifically that was different.
My conclusion is that her CONFIDENCE was missing - it has obviously taken a severe beating.
She was no longer sitting at the defense table with swagger and arrogance and making mad faces at the Prosecutors, because she felt she had the TEAM that was going to win this for her. No giggling and playing cutsey with her attorney. She looked somewhat defeated.
I normally do not post anything on ICAs appearances but I will make a statement on her walk to give y'all some personal insight.
A female relative was sentenced to jail immediately after her hearing was held. She happened to be on her period at that time. She also was using tampons and was told she had to immediately remove it and was given sanitary pads to use. If ya have never used those bulky old types, it isn't a pleasant feeling. Last time I used one was way, way back in the 70s after I had my babies. Ugh.
A little late, but...JB has NO business discussing his client's underwear in any venue! This is so unprofessional that it almost defines his entire approach to representing KC. I can't imagine how embarrassed others were at hearing this intrusive statement. There are many ways to make a similar point without trying to shock the public. If I made this statement in my workplace, I could/would lose my job. He should have been corrected in some way. He has not shown us ANY professional ethics or standards of behavior to which he is willing to adhere!!!!!!
Does anyone have it on tape yet? I have got to get a few of those direct quotes from Judge Perry for my signature line. They are priceless.
"Mr. Baez, bear in mind"...
in slang, don't mess with me Baez, I am not in the mood,
in parent speak, stop that everlasting whining before I give you something to cry about.
What Baez actually heard... the fuzzy wa wa wa , the noise of Charlie Brown's teacher's voice.
They sell tampons in the commissary though - and the Inmate has purchased them .....
LMAO it looks like Etch-A-Sketch hair.
Speaking of that..
What's up with Cindy's 'He-Man master of the universe' hair cut? I almost liked her other hair cut earlier on. Keyword being 'almost'.
sadly no one in that family has the guts to stick up for caylee, not even the ones who think she's guilty like cindy's brother.
It is possible that the Inmate's deflated demeanor in court could simply be the result, as others have opined, that the Inmate was terrified of a repeat fall in the elevator, this being the first time since her fall that she has been shackled again and transported through the elevator to the courtroom. She may have been very hesitant to step into the elevator again, and the look on her face when she entered the courtroom (finally) might have been the remnants of panic and fear - then sheer exhaustion. She was clearly in no mood for fun and games as usual. She hates the camera zooming in on her and there is nothing she can do about it. She hates being told to make eye contact with her mother, when she clearly does not feel these emotions. She did not have Lyon on Mason to "parent" her in court, so she just sat there and let it be. Notice when the Judge came in and they said "all rise", that the Inmate remained seated. Jerk!
Sheesh. She can't even order tampons without people commenting on it!:woohoo:
