KH hadn't seen MC for years. He appeared when Kyron went missing to help.

I keep hearing this statement above yet in MC's interview given in the parking lot next to his SUV(where he had Kyron flyers taped to windows of his vehicle). the one where hes organizing a vigil and asking ppl to spend their time searching for Kyron intead of speculating on who did what in the family... That interview. Just saw the video again today but will have to go back to look for the link but in this video he clearly states and the reporter then repeats this same info during the video also, that MC is neighbors with KH and TMH, lives next to them in their neighborhood on MW Sheltered Nook... So, how is this possible that she did not know him prior to Kyron missing and Kaine had no contact though they attended school together and ended up living right next to one another on the same neighborhood, I just find that almost impossible.

What the heck kind of pics does the public think Terri was sending that man during sexting. Why doesn't Nancy talk about how Kyron sobbed when he had to return home from his mom's house. His real mom and not the current wife of his dad.

NG is a former prosecutor. Her perspective generally hinges on the individual whom she believes to be responsible. I keep this in mind when I watch her show

Back at Skyline school LE going over every nook and cranny at the school. Focusing on people who drive pick up trucks. Reports are telling NG that are back to searching the school. The alleged kidnap of TH-MC hooked up with 4 days after Kyron went missing.

On Levi Page show, some expert called MC a "grief predator"...likes to be around to rescue those is distress, kind of thing...

I agree that Mr. C. is some kind of predator, I wouldn't limit it to 'grief'. I would say he preys on the vulnerable. moo

NG: The divorce isn't an issue regarding Kyron. This is a way to get TH in court. Will put the pressure on TH, and will have to answer in court.

Father of missing Kyron - says that after Kyron went missing TH started a sexual relationship with MC, who is MC?

NG: Why is it relevant that TH would start sexting with MC? Ann Brenner - she is not having an affair. Not relevant and admissable.

Mark Klauss - 7 yr old boy likely dead - TH likely knows his whereabouts.
NG knows what she knows. Mark Klauss points to state of mind.

Kaine had moved out 2 days previously, she knew and was willing to snatch Baby K away without Kaine's knowledge. TH was willing to do a high risk kidnapping-similar situation and is willing to make a little boy/girl disappear.

Mark Klauss - DY a complete emotional wreck and is behaving how a mother behaves when her child goes missing.

NG: Terri Horman has not been named a suspect at this time.

Has MC had a poly yet? He has had interviews with investigators not known if he has had a poly.

SBM I asked this earlier; but, I am not sure if it was answered. If the RO had not been filed or served on Terri yet, how would taking baby K be kidnapping? When a mother takes her child it is called parenting unless custody arrangements have been made or a RO barring her from contact.

At that point, she had not received the RO; so, would it still be considered kidnapping if she had taken Baby K?

I wonder if the photos in question will ever be leaked. Then I wonder if they're current or from back in her bodybuilding days when she was so much more self-confident.

When NG asked the guest why TH had not been arrested yet, he replied that LE wants her to appear in front of a circuit court judge. Nancy responded with, "You're absolutely correct!"

Can someone please explain why LE believes that it is so important to get TH in front of the circuit court judge? ( I know that she will have to swear to tell the truth, but if she hasn't told the truth so far....what big difference wil this make to LE? The penalty for perjury is approx. 5 years. Compared to kidnapping or hiring a hit man, 5 years is a very small penalty.)

Thanks. I totally agree that it would appear she was trying to abduct baby K from Kaine. I completely understand why a big deal was made of the situation. I just wasn't sure how that would be viewed legally ... if she could have been charged w/ kidnapping if she had succeeded prior to being served w/ the RO.
