Judge Perry will hear an objection by Anthony’s defense to team to keep sealed any details about the evidence items they reviewed earlier this week.

Wasn't it amusing that right at the start the Judge had to explain to Baez that his motion should have been called a Motion in Limine. Looks like Baez should have known that by now! :innocent:

All 911 calls allowed. Sounds like will have to allow cross or supplemental statements about 1 and 2 but 3 is in as an excited utterance and no wiggle room for calling CA's "dead body" statement a "lay statement".
