So what happens when after Casey's trial the SA goes after George and/or Cindy for their part in the cover-up/lies? Won't they just default on the loan yet again? It's really hard to pay a mortgage when sitting in a jail cell.

well Praise the Lord and pass the chili, George and Cindy skate through again.

In my neighborhood familys who both work are losing their houses even though they've busted tush to try to keep them, thank goodness people like the Anthonys can keep their's
...after all isn't it all about the poor poor Anthonys and their tales of woe?

my name is Tia and I'm a sarcasm-a-holic but the only Anthony who breaks my heart is the little one who won't be playing with her toys anymore.

bbm. Well spoken, Tia and I am in total agreement with you!!!!
I am disgusted by the Anthonys and their overblown, ridiculous sense of entitlement. There are many, many families struggling to keep their homes, working 2-3 jobs to put food on the table, scrimping and saving to pay electricity bills, medical bills, etc. That Narcissist Cindy and puppet George somehow feel like they are the "only ones" who have ever suffered.....the "only ones" who have endured the devastating death of a loved one. No wonder so many other families of murder victims consider the Anthonys such frauds and phoneys. Sickening.

JMO....but I'm feeling pretty darn angry at them tonight!~ :furious:
WHY can't they acknowledge that CAYLEE is the victim here.....not Casey and certainly not "poor Cindy and George". Ah puke.

Can one of you clever people go to the latest news or the new thread and see if that really is Jose Baez's house that is in foreclosure?:shocked2::poke:

I don't know how to search and compare this foreclosure listing to where he and his wife actually reside. I'm wondering if it an investment house they are renting out as it mentions undisclosed tenants 1 and 2 - Pretty Please?

I want to laugh my azz off - but better check before I have myself a really good time!

Going against popular opinion too and am pleased for the Anthony's.

I'm pleased for them. I am just sick and tired of them playing that game. They are true opportunists, IMO...

It angers the heck out of me they use the phrase about them saving the home where Caylee grew up! Poor child only lived for 2.10 years, where was she able to grow up!

Seems to me their priorities are backwards. Instead of screaming for justice for Caylee, they back the one who sits accused. Instead of paying their mortgage, they go on cruises, get new clothes, jewelry, tatts, face lifts...but this was that method behind their madness...get a $785 mortage payment cut in half, add more years to the loan and pay more than what that home/property is worth but hey, it's the Anthony way...CA haggles over everything. She even tried to get the impound fee lowered....this is their way! Get the most for less....since it worked for them, maybe JB is following suit..LMAO JMHO

Justice for Caylee

I wonder what their friend Dominic thinks of them getting special consideration on their foreclosure process, when he is a Florida resident also whose home is in foreclosure. His foreclosure has been going on almost 2 years now - began October 2008. Apparently he has not had the benefit of mediation, nor a loan modification, nor a mortgage extension and reduced payments, and a free attorney.

With all due respect Dominic and many others do not share the unique situation the Anthony's find themselves in. IIRC their financial situation was precarious prior to Caylees disappearance, I can only assume with the money from the ABC all going to Caseys defense that the A's financial situation has not only failed to improve from Caylees death but has worsened it.

As far as I know the money that George and Cindy received from selling Caylee's pictures did not go to Casey's defense team. The money that Casey made from selling Caylee's pictures did. The money that George and Cindy made has more than likely gone towards things such as that cruise for 4, tats for them, Cindy's "work" done on her face, jewlry for them containing Caylee's (or not hers according to Cindy) ashes, Georges diamond earrings and who knows what else. I would say that they have also used the money for car payments, insurance on the cars, electric bill, phone bill, water bill, etc for them to still live in the home and drive their cars.

Again, there was two seperate deals dealing with pictures of Caylee. One was for Casey and the other was for Cindy/George.

ETA: Since the biggest spender that was in that house is now residing in jail then I would think that if both Cindy and George were working that they would be making more than enough money to pay their bills including their mortgage. The main reason for their financial problems to begin with was Casey stealing money from them and them paying for everything for her and Caylee.

MOO

If this new deal doesn't work out for them, they can always move in with Lee and Mallory. Cindy and Mallory get along honky dory, at least that's what she tells Casey.

If moving in with L&M can't be accomplished, they can always move in with their daughter, a la famille Croslin.

As someone who is struggling with unemployment and unpaid bills while trying to maintain the status quo, I can relate to the almost certainly unemployable Anthonys and their financial crises. I am not condoning their actions in any way, but I can't see how seeing them out on the street will help assure justice for Caylee.

http://www.wesh.com/news/24398628/detail.html

They have negotiated a deal to lower their mortgage payments.

That annoys me. Caylee wasn't allowed to grow up. She was hardly more than a baby when her life was brutally robbed from her.

I get it ----------- The money they saved by not feeding KC all the snacks has saved the day! Way to take one for the team, KC. :croc::innocent:

I just went through a mod on my mortgage. It is a long and hard thing to go through, but the Anthony's had Conway and another lawyer do all of the paperwork. It took almost 3 months from start to finish to get done.

When Conway said they wanted the home because Caylee was "raised" there, I almost punched my monitor. How dare they even say something like this. They truth should have been...."We wanted to save the home because Caylee might have been murdered here"

I despise these people:furious:

It would not but it may show the Anthonys that there are consequences for their behavior. So the cruise, jewelry and tatoos just rub people who choose to pay the mortgage instead, the wrong way. If I were so devastated by what was going on in my life that I could not work and pay my mortgage I would not be entertaining the thought of the above activities. I hope all works out for you and for all of the people that are really trying. IMO

What I don't understand is if CA was on disability and was being treated why she is no better today than she was two years ago. She is still not back to work. The hearings are far enough apart that she could take time off to go to them. Sitting at home obsessing about KC's situation is making CA's condition worse than it has to be. Or is it that she just refuses to go back to work. They certainly can't help KC at this stage of the game and apparently there is no more call for them to be making public appearances. There are many people out there who have major problems and still manage to get up every morning and go to work and don't expect the rest of the world to pay for their problems. If she were physically ill I would understand but looking at the depos from Morgan she is capable or working. jmo

JMO, but I think there is something cooking on the back burner with Jim L. I doubt Cindy will ever return to work, or even have to for that matter.

Yes I agree. Even her daughter has figured out that she is "milking it".
Time to get a job.

As I understand it, when Cindy took her leave, she had five weeks of vacation that she used first. Then she went on short term disability (I'm not sure how any months short term is) and then Gentiva granted her 2 years long term disability. I believe that 2 years is up come sometime in December.

Her employment disability plan (short, then long term )will end at 2 years from the date she first filed her claim.

She says she can't concentrate. I guess I wouldn't be able to concentrate either if I had decided that I will be living a lie and so will my son and my husband. And I mean that in all seriousness. Wait until this trial starts and the prosecution comes out with all the details of this murder, Casey's life, George's lies, Cindy's lies, Cindy on TV lying, Cindy lying to the prosecutors, to the FBI, Cindy telling Ryan Paisley that Casey is a sociopath, and the list is endless.

She should probably start working out.

They have drugs for concentration and in reality its called depression..the pills take about 4-6 weeks to kick in she should be good to go. As far as greiving that could take a lifetime she may never get over it, I'm serious not being snarky. So she had better seek out some help so that she can manage her life and a good doctor would tell her as much.
