A Portland psychic who searchers said recently helped them locate the remains of a Washingtonteenager said she knows what happened to 7-year-old Kyron Horman.

Search crews said Sonja Grace recently used a map to pinpoint the body of 16-year-old Austin King near Morton, Wash. She said she's turned her attention to Kyron, who has been missing for more than 50 days.

Grace said she believes the 7-year-old was taken from Skyline School and whisked out of state. She said he most likely was taken north into Washington but then later moved out of the state.

Court documents filed by Kaine's attorney (47.8KB)

Laura Rackner, Kaine Horman’s attorney, filed paperwork Monday seeking payment from Terri Horman for Kaine’s legal fees.

Kaine is seeking half of his attorney's fees paid for.

"If Respondent has provided funds to her attorneys for her legal representation and considers them to be marital liability, these funds are marital property and Respondent should be required to pay one-half of these funds to petitioner to use for his attorney fees and costs," wrote Rackner.

Just before that, Rackner writes: "Respondent (Terri Horman) has indicated in a written communication to a third party that she tendered payment of $350,000 to her attorney Stephen Houze for legal representation."

Kaine, who works at Intel, has already filed paper work for a restraining order and divorce. Terri was forced to move out of the Northwest Sheltered Nook Road home the couple shared on Saturday, July 17. She has since been seen in Roseburg, where her parents live.

She was also seen Friday where she spent seven hours at her attorney's law office.

While Terri has not been named a suspect in the disappearance of 7-year-old Kyron Horman, some say probable cause exists for an arrest.
