2010.08.05 Document Release

A quick skim though the 2008 pages (not 2400 as WFTV says, I think there may be some mis-numbering in here) shows me that the majority of this release is Dominic emails with Ginny Lucas, and some dude named Luke.

The Cindy letters and some other letters, a short investigative report with Fusion shooter Girl Erica G, an interview with an LE K9 handler, and that's about it. I could have missed something, but not much.

The Dominic emails could be very interesting, as some of them are from very early in the case.

Yes, she was one of the shot girls from Fusian, there were several texts and phone calls the day before and the day Cindy found Casey at T. Lazzaro's house. We have never seen or heard a statement from her.

I don't know if there is any significance in her testimony, I wish I did.

I notice Cindy accuses Yuri of tampering with witnesses. There is no limit to her - this is what I mean when I say she garners NO sympathy when she accuses of people of things that are absolutely untrue; another example is accusing Amy of being a heroin addict and being Zany. The girl brought her to Casey and she still accused her. My sympathy for Cindy goes right out the window when she opens her mouth.

Yuri and John Allen, imo, did a spectacular job on this case. Cindy just did not like the answer she was getting. I remember her telling Scott Brolin (sp?) that she was appalled when she heard the interviews and how Yuri badgered Casey. She was not, however, appalled that Casey was lying constantly ab out everything - her granddaughter is gone for 31 days and her daughter is lying and the detectives are working around the clock to find her and Cindy berates them every chance she gets now.

At this point, she makes me sick. Along with Lee another idiot who has decided against the detectives because they did not want to hear anything that came out of Casey's mouth. Yes Lee that was after they spent a good part of a week - 24 hours a day - proving that everything was a lie.

The whole family needs to be institutionalized.

I always say that nothing the A's do will surprise me anymore. But then I see something like these letters from Cindy and I find myself shaking my head in disbelief. cguru: Cindy actually manages to scare me at times.

Or I get another pop up that says something like Image not loading. I might get the first few pages of the pdf but then scroll through and inevitably, one of these messages pops up regardless of whether I'm trying to view them on WFTV or Click Orlando. Please pm me if you had this problem/found a work around or know of a set of docs that didn't present this issue. Thanks!!!

The news sites are updating the PDF files or putting them in different categories. The same thing happened to me and then when I refreshed I saw that WFTV had been moving some to their own section. HTH.

I agree. I've reached the end of my rope. I want and demand (legal) retribution on these degenerates. This is just plain sick. Nauseatingly so, and how can Baez be practicing law after working with Dominic to fabricate a story to sell to the media.

Dominic has no problem trashing victims' rights advocates and our own fave Kathi Belich. I'm just sick with anger over this. The hypocrisy, the lies, the nonsense, the volumes of distortions and BS we've had flung at us over the past 2 years.

I hope the FL legislature isn't out of session - there may need to be some addendums made to laws involving PI's and psychics.

Yes I did speak with Ginette around 530 and suggested not to do any further interviews until
she can get phone records and we can present them with mine) then we go public and also
provide to LE. I heard that Ginette went on Nancy Disgrace and they focused on the phone in
an attempt records in an attempt to discredit Ginette. Also Leonard Padilla stated that
Ginette was working with Kronk and me and that is why we both went to the location) what a
scandal monger this guy is. Nancy Disgrace is not a show to be on nor is any other until we
get the phone records taken care of. WFTV 9/ABC affiliate in Orlando is the worst tabloid
news outlet and Ginette must stay away from them) a reporter for them by the name of Kathi
Belich is a real jerk and Ginette should not speak with her at all. In the meantime) my
records document the calls back and forth with Ginette which will be handed to LE within the

Mark Nejame responds to Cindy's allegations:


She also said she heard NeJame was going to write a book.

Contacted Thursday, NeJame flatly denied he is writing a book about this case.

"There's no plans to write a book and no agreement to write a book," he said, but he added that he would not rule it out in the future.

"Do I think there's a real story that needs to be told here about this case? I absolutely do," he said.

As for the personal attacks cited in Cindy Anthony's letters, NeJame said he wouldn't dignify them with a response. "I'm not going to roll in the mud. My history and my reputation speak for themselves."
