Page 20935 (pdf p. 413) Luke theorizes that George may have discovered Caylee in the trunk of the car at the towyard and left her body on the property next to it.

Dom replies "Well, Let's put it this way, I have always been suspicious of George. . ."

I wonder if GA was always suspicious of Dom. Other than the...*ahem* overly-friendly relationship with his wife, I mean.

Seriously....I concede I NEVER once thought that DC was the one who cranked up the bus and started steamrolling toward George back in 2008. Never once did I consider that.

cannot say that i have kept track of george/lee's movements but have observed how talkative
lee was in the beginning, now he is very subdued yet snappy at times.
George goes ballistic at the slightest thing . . . Caylee was born 8-9-2005, george filed for
divorce 12-29-2005 and the filing was dismissed 11-28-2007.
The period between 11-28-2007 and june 16, 2008 appears to have been extremely dysfunctional
within the family.
bear in mind, george was the last to see both casey and caylee on june 16,
2008 when "both" are reported (by george) to have left the house at 1250 pm "as normal"; at
250 pm george states he left the house. At 303 pm, casey called george's cell, he did not
answer. Casey then made four (4) calls to
cindy: 410 pm work, 411 pm cell, 413 pm cindy's cell, 414 pm cindy's work ..
. . Luke, from the beginning i have had the horrible feeling that casey left the house
without caylee. Here is the way it goes, george snaps and he "hides caylee" at the house
while casey is getting ready, casey comes from her room and asks were caylee is, george tells
~sey to get the hell out and stay out, she is an unfit mother and he will take care of
~aylee. Now how does dna get into casey's car and cay lee relocated?

Isn't this Luke guy one of Ginny's team? Wasn't DC supposedly on the phone with Ginny during that video? The videos were shot on 11/15 and 16/08....there is nothing in the emails indicating that the psychics told Dom about the spot or that he was going to or had gone to the spot. From a brief look at least, around those dates.

ETA: Until 12/15 where Dom says he looked in that exact spot and nothing. And tells Ginny she was close. Does anyone see anything prior to that referring to the spot Caylee was found in that Ginny supposedly sent him to?

The whole issue of making up a story with the defense to sell to the media seems criminal to me and I don't understand how that would be allowed...

I read the emails as Dom and Luke were making up false leads to send Baez and Geraldo down the wrong path. Is there something I missed that implied Dom and Jose were making up stories? Not that a PI making up stories with a fake psychic is any less disgusting......

So many things to say about this exchange -

First, this email is dated Sept. 1, 2008 when everyone in the A camp was insisting on only seaches for a LIVE Caylee.

Second, were DNA results back from Casey's car by 9/1/08??? (That's only about 6 weeks after the 911 calls)

Third, WHY George??? Is this DC's idea? Or Cindy's? Who really developed this theory???

If Casey's jailhouse letters w/ the sexual abuse allegations didn't send George over the edge and to the SA, these should do it. :tsktsk:

And Oct. 31, Dom wrote to Luke about Baez touching KC and opined that Baez would soon be thrown off the case. If wishes were pennies.

Now why would she worry about a bear being away from home - when there was a granddaughter missing???????? Could it be because a note or something incriminating was placed in the bear? JUST a question!

OH MY SWEET JESUS there was on August 6 2008 a full on search for Caylee alive or most likely dead and they are talking to A PSYCHIC who is asking them to give them FRUIT-BASED CODE?

May some of the perpetrators of this nonsense be curled up on their living room floors tonight, whimpering and begging forgiveness. :furious:

(ETA: Just jumped ahead to PDF page 1700 and fwd, and honestly cannot even begin to cut and paste. These are emails from early March 2009 and the stretching and reaching and (at that point, 03/07/09) setting up of RK--it is what my dear departed grandma would have called "Beyond the pale." Utterly and completely beyond the pale.)
