I have posted this many times. At trial, the only witness I want to see testify is Dr G. As she will be Calyee's voice in life.

Now the second witness I will not miss will be Tim. As he will be also be speaking for Caylee in what and how her family "tossed" her aside in the woods to save her murderer.

These two people, who give their life's devotion and work to helping others in need, will speak for Caylee as Linda, Jeff and George assist them.

Amen ..... well expressed. The only reason I was impressed with Tim was he didn't express this during the search times.

The fact that the A clan did everything they could to alter the search to other directions where Caylee was not. Then CA gave a public tirate about TES.

TES not only lost $108k but 25 or so other families also lost TES assistance all due Cynthia Anthony's controlling behavior and no one else. Not even ICA can be blamed for this one directly.

It's to bad that Tim Miller lost so much money during this seach, and, the aftermath.

We have to remember that there were MANY other people that also lost out because of the "false search".
We have members on this forum spent their time and money, risking their health, etc to go out and give what they could.

So many people called in and bought pizza, sandwhiches, water, anything that they could think of that the searchers may have needed during those days.
Some had hotel/motel or camping expenses that they paid for, along with their food. And, I bet that food was shared with others as well.

Gas to get there. Holy Cow, remember what gas prices were back then~!
Running at or above $4 a gallon.

Then, there were private organizations or stores that also donated what they could.

This "search", such as it was under the circumstances, reached many pockets, and, some of those pockets were deep, that we'll never be able to get a final tally on ~

And, while it is true, that people that have been familiar with TES will still know and trust in him and his organization, there are those that don't.
For all some people may realize, they may find fault with TM strickly by guilt of assocation because of the Anthony's IF they know ONLY a little of the story; but, enough to know that they have lied and mislead the public and their dog.

I hope this fades, and, I'm so pleased that so many hear are donating to TES and putting his info out there on their FACEBOOK pages, etc.

It will pass, but, it's to bad that it is something that has to ~

Again, I really hope in the end that Tim Miller can do something to recoup his main losses because of the false pretense of getting him there to begin with.
It will always be in his head, and that is something that cannot be erased, but, hopefully, he will come to the aid of Florida if called on again.

Thanks for the reminder about the search for Caylee. I had forgotten the part about the high gas prices, and how much support came from all over. Also, someone else posted a similar sentiment, but I had not heard of TES before the search for Caylee. And I'm in Texas. Hopefully many others were informed of TES and the great work they do as well.

I haven't heard an update on Tim's wife's health either. I hope she is doing better.

I was not surprised that Tim Miller held the views he expressed in his most recent interview. He has expressed such sentiments publically before.



From my standpoint, TM has every right to feel "pizzed" with the current situation. I applaud him for fighting for the privacy rights of the volunteers.
But as this seems to be so emotionally charged for him right now, I just wonder if a spokesperson would not be a better fit until the trial is over. Selfishly, for me the state cannot dump enough documents, Court TV cannot air enough hearings and the major players cannot give enough interviews. I like hearing how Tim really feels as it fills in gaps and case history for a story I have followed with interest. I just don't know what benifit Tim or TES, a group funded partly through donations, will gain from such frankness. Try listening to this interview his with an unadulterated ear, as someone who has not followed the case. The volunteer privacy issue was certainly a worthy topic however speaking about personal feelings about the A's or attributing sentiments to their former attorney's made him come across as someone with an axe to grind. Again, I've followed the case, i understand that axe. But as the director of TES and a likely prosecutorial witness, I don't see the benefits of airing such grievances publically at this time.

Purple Iris, You are so right on. I didn't participate in the search directly, however I did send money and also asked for prayers on our prayer request at church.

In one sense, I want to let Cynthia Anothony know the money I contributed would have gone to feeding the homeless in our area.

Then again, Cynthia Anthony didn't get my money, it went to the TES search. So I am ok with it. And yes, I did make a contribution to our homeless shelter. Well my grandson did with his money because he knew how much Caylee's missing affected me. He is one great boy.

Isn't it a little obvious that TM is not being asked to be on the Morning Shows because they know it will upset the A's. And what should that tell the A's. Probably that their friends at the networks are only interested in what the A's have to say because we all know from the doc dumps that the only person who would have killed her daughter is KC. KC's silence, even though she is entitled to be silent, says it all. The A's are the story because of their actions but not because they support their daughter as much as how many lives they have destroyed in her wake.

Once the trial is over we will see quite a different program on the A's and how they twisted the facts to favor their daughter, lied, destroyed evidence, blamed innocent people, cost people their homes, jobs, etc. This IS the story and the networks are willing to bide their time because it will be a story they will not have to pay for. The A's will feel betrayed.....but isn't that what they are doing to others now. jmo

I see nothing wrong or inappropriate with righteous anger or moral outrage. At least he's not glib, duplicitous, mean-spirited, slanderous and corrupting. There is a season to everything, and maybe this is the time to break the silence. The As and the defence have had their evil way for too long. If no one makes a stand, it's akin to condoning the lies. His comments are refreshing and far more convincing than that cesspool of vitriol and mendaciousness that spews from the mouths of the As and the defence.

Whatever one thinks of the timing of Tim Miller's remarks (which, unlike those of Caylee's grandparents, were not broadcast nationwide in prime time), every single one of his observations and characterizations is supported by first-hand experience and concrete evidence (again unlike those of Caylee's grandparents).

TES has a record of returning 108 deceased to the families who loved and missed them, and more than 300 live persons to their families who love and missed them.

Far's I can tell, the Anthonys and KFN do not have similar records of success.

There's nothing to fear from speaking the truth. To remain silent in the face of great wrongdoing is to be complicit in it.

Hasn't Cindy threatened others with "exclusives?" This woman seriously believes herself to be a celebrity. Does she know that all anyone cares about is Caylee? That once Casey is in jail that none us will ever look back at her or anyone else in her disgusting family? Unless of course they are being charged with crimes relating to the things they have done in this case? I really don't think she understands how disliked she actually is because she has a few people around her who cater to her delusions. I think once this trial is over and no one calls to want an "exclusive" with her that all these hanger-ons will disappear and Cindy will finally get it. It was NEVER about her. It was NEVER about Casey. It is ALL about Caylee. Caylee ONLY.

I don't feel as hopeful - I think we'll hear the usual Anthony blah blah, and maybe if we are lucky a few choice Baez words. And oh yes, he will say how much he respects MNJ for sure.

I thought about this all day long on my 6 hour drive to the doctor ~ {kept me awake at least}

My mind kept running to the expense that this has cost everyone that was involved.
I remembered also part of the reason for calling off the 1st search over in the Suburban area, was because someone buried/got stuck in the mud with a 4 wheeler, which caused substantial damage. Not sure if this belonged to TES, or, a private citizen.
Of course, Cindy was running her mouth, swinging her hammer, and chomping at the bit and her gum the entire time ~
Yeah, you can be assured that she had a huge sigh if relief when TM announced he was leaving that day.

People lost wages for time off from their jobs to this, they paid their own way.
Some people brought dogs and horses, the trailers, food and misc for them. The net speads far and wide when a person really things about the expense that went towards this.
This does not include TES expenses.
I'm talking private citizens.

Tim mentions that people came from at least 14 states!
Many hauled their own travel trailers with them, or horse trailers, or both while traveling with others.
Think of the gas alone for those vehicles.
Though the search in itself was only for a few days, those people had drive time down and back; in the worst time of the year possible in regards to heat, etc.
How long did it take, with breaks, watering their animals, letting them out to stretch, etc down and back?
What were the loss of their wages?
Some people brought boats also if I remember right??

So....yeah........TM has every right to be angry.
So do a LOT of other people.

And, this may be mean spirited on my part, but, I hope that when Tim gets those calls requesting help that he can't offer right now, he tells the reason why instead of just saying that TES doesn't have the funds right now.
We are living during a rough economy right now, and, people understand and would probably assume that is the reason.
While it may be a part of it, let the entire trueth be known.

Sorry ~ Just tired and angry over this entire mess and mockery that the Anthony's have done to so MANY people.
People that came out with good hearts and intentions; and with money that they could have used elsewhere.
How many let a bill slide until the next paycheck, or, maybe took a cut in their grocery money so that they could go.
How many LITTLE KIDS EMPTIED their piggy banks??

I SO hope that some major network will give Tim Miller a just a little face time.
Just a little and I would be happy.

Boy and how ~ You bet they blew it BIG time, and, I'm glad that Richard let it be known more or less.

Hornsby was "on" her, and, if he had had his chance, he would have ended up wiping the floor up with her, had, he been given that chance to let her TALK.
He had her number straight out of the gate.
