That's what I was hoping too but then I read somewhere last night that the tape had been turned over to authorities and under law must remain sealed. It would be a felony for anybody to listen to it. Someone posted that JB is still trying to get his hands on the tape. :waitasec: I think it was nums24 who posted that but I can't remember where.

We know that LE is/was working hard to figure it all out. The tape thing and the potentially falsified documents. What a mess.

Thanks LancelotLink - it's all coming back to me now. Seems like they all knew something.

While looking for info on TES search dates, I ran across the following dialogue on WS when JJ found the backpacks and stuff.

There were searches taking place already but not all of them were under the direction of TES.

Someone posted on July 22, 2008 - Does anyone think it's odd that an organization like TES hasn't been called in to search?
I can't help but to think that the A team was reading here and that's what prompted CA to contact TM - ha!

So the third TES search was on November 8, 2008?

That would be August 30, October 9 and November 8, 2008 then.

I don't think TES had a search here in Oct. I remember Tim Miller calling off the 1st (in Aug/Sept) due to water. I was not able to participate in that one. When they came back the next time it was for the w/e Nov 8/9 search, which I was there for.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A Texas-based group is considering resuming a ground search in Orange County for Caylee Anthony's body. The group, EquuSearch, stopped looking for Caylee several weeks ago when the rain from Tropical Storm Fay created too many problems.

Would any of us be surprised if there was some document fabrication going on? That's a pretty darn serious allegation. JB could not only lose his license to practice but face criminal charges for something like that.

I am interested in hearing from you WS'ers - is this likely or possible? I have next to no respect for JB based on how he has comported himself throughout this case so far, but document fabrication is a big deal. I don't know that even I think he is THAT dumb.

I think it's very possible that JB communicated to the A's what he needed and they did all his fabricating for him. Lee knows what he did, LE knows what he did, we don't yet though so it makes you wonder. I can see him instructing them and then stating that the entire conversation was stricken and would be denied by him, wink, wink. It's not that I don't think he's stupid enough to do it himself. He's just too lazy IMHO and in this case he's got a really tight family unit in denial willing to do anything to spare princess.

Now the mother and daughter team who seached the area on horses say they were there in August. The daughter, JC, says August 13 specifically.
She says there's no way she could have walked in there but the horses possibly could have. Then she commented but it would be hard to find anything
(which was TM's point and he was afraid to disturb evidence if they did).

I don't know what to think. Every time we get another layer of evidence it conflicts with something we've previously heard. Was there a TES search on August 13th?

When they fist found the body - I remember an interview by a local tv station with a young man in the back yard that was adjancent to the site. He said that area was flooded every summer, and that it had been flooded since June. I believe in that part of Florida it normally rains a lot in summers and is fairly dry in winters.

I remember this, too, kushka. It was, IIRC, a teenage boy who lived right there. I have looked and looked for this newscast clip to watch it again and have never been able to find it. He even narrated while the video scanned the wooded area giving his description of how deep in water each location they were filming had been. I wondered if this video had been taken as evidence and maybe that was why I could never find it again. I donno.

He told Bill Todd of a tip from a neighbor girl of the Anthony's where she stated seeing Casey's car backed into the area on Suburban. He told them they needed to check that area and to leave his name out of it, because he worked for the Anthony's and if they knew he was there, he might be fired.

Now, bedsides the fact that I don't believe in coincidences, this is a mere three days from DC allegedly receiving a call from a psychic telling him to go here, turn right, walk here, etc. Also the Nov. 11 meet and greet was a spur of the moment thing, IIRC, giving the Anthonys an alibi and bringing attention to them while their PI's went in search of Caylee.

This Volunteer Registration Agreement form was the same form that I received instructions about when I collected them (not on these questionable date/s, though) and we were not instructed to sign as witnesses. It kind of bothered me, though, so I started trying to initial all of those that I took in. (Can you tell I used to work in a govt audit office at one time? :crazy

But apparently it was not a priority to have them witnessed even though we did check their ID cards and signatures against the form that they signed in front of us.

The area where the body was located was well BELOW the street level. Off season (rains, hurricanes, etc.) is from April through October so it is VERY LIKELY this area was under water, runoff from the road alone would cause water to pool there. It's illogical to even THINK that area was dry.

The first search was done end of Aug. first part of Sept. I found this in old posts and it's dated Sept. 1. So Sept 1 was on a Monday. Holiday w/e? I would say they started Aug 30, 2008 for the first one.


The 2nd one was Nov 7/8. There were only 2 searches.

I agree. IMO living here...I strongly doubt that area was dry.. it may not always be considered flooded but wet, soggy, marshy IMO yes.
