I wonder what the conflict was? I'm really curious about this...

I'm curious about that too. If I were a lawyer... I would be seriously conflicted about defending either one of these two for anything, knowing what I know. (which is probably why I'm not a lawyer)

Adam Baker, the biological father of Zahra, already had a lawyer, but that attorney had a conflict in the case, so on Thursday he was appointed a different one for these allegations.

I wonder if the "Conflict" might be because the Lawyer plans on using BB as a witness some time down the track not sure how or why...purely speculation but if he is giving the job to a temp Lawyer he might have plans for BB and AB against EB so BB might know a little more than just a few threats.

That makes perfect sense that neither of the attorneys who may represent them on a murder charge would want the conflict of representing them on the communicating threats charge since BB will most likely be a witness in any murder trial.

If a couple do not have a legal separation agreement identifying the initial date of the separation, they can swear they have been living separate and apart for a year even if they have only been separated for 2 months.

I know several couples without children who have done this. That'd be kinda hard with the munsters, so many people know their situation,that is if they are legally married.

According to WBTV reporter Derrick Rose, who is in the courtroom. AB arrived this morning with his mom and did not speak to reporters. The judge officially appointed him Mark Killian for all his cases.
