What's this about a PET scan issue? Anyone?

It has to do with another case Judge Perry and Jeff Ashton are working on and can not hold a hearing those days for the Anthony case

Interesting - JA asked for the statement that any witnesses might have given. Fennelli said that she would provide them IF THERE WERE ANY!!! (caps by me)

So there are fifty witnesses, but not one statement? WTF?

I think that is another trial JA has coming up...they were talking about if it conflicted with scheduling the next hearing.

Wow. No reports by experts, no hair expert, fifty witnesses for penalty phase but no statements. I'm starting to think the defense is just going to wave a magic wand and hope that works to get her acquitted.
