We don't know...all we know is there is absolutely NO TRUTH to the rumors of marital problems. Repeat, George IS NOT couch surfing in Fort Meyers.

The sad thing is when Lancelot said the thing about couch surfing, I got the reference immediately. Sigh.

Lol :-)

I'm no body language expert, however, IMO the wearing of the hair down was an exclamation point to Baez's claim that this hearing was a waste of time and the hour was especially horrid. Why, she didn't have time to get her hair did.
Importuned, she was and missed the last 30 minutes of One Tree Hill.

I could swear back when the JAC first came on board and HHJP first spelled out what would be allowable that he even mentioned to JB that if he had trouble finding a court reporter that would work for that amount to contact him because he knew some that would.

Anyone else remember this because if this is true won't HHJP be upset?

Can JB be made to make up the difference out of his own pocket or would that be grounds for appeal if the JAC doesn't pay the full amount?

The JAC agreed to a telephonic hearing in their response for the Motion Requesting a Taphonomy Expert:

http://www.docstoc.com/docs/6532917...Defense-Motion-to-Appoint-Expert-in-Taphonomy

The JAC did not request to participate in the motion for investigative hours:

http://www.wesh.com/pdf/26065826/detail.html

In the above taphonomy repsonse, the JAC fee schedule for deposition time is $131.00 for the first hour and $32.75 every 15 minutes thereafter!

The judge must issue a new order for each cost approved or they will not make payment. We haven't seen an order for that yet or the JAC response just filed.

Today Chief Judge Perry was great! I was a bit surprised at JB's choice of words, it shows me how much he and his client are so alike!

Since Mr. Ashton opened the door about bloggers, I saw this article a few days ago that I thought some might find interesting:

As jurors go online, U.S. trials go off track
Facebook, Twitter and smart phones cause mistrials, appeals and overturned verdicts

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/40578962/ns/technology_and_science-tech_and_gadgets/

Ewww this is not good. I'm hoping this does not happen as i see the good judge is trying so hard to press on with the date, keep expenses down and hopefully prevent an appeal. I pray this will be the case.

A friend of mine that dosent follow this case like I do was watching with me today and commented it appeared to her the defense is attempting to create a child-like appearance via stringy hair. She may be correct. Harder to throw the switch on a kid.

I wouldn't worry, Chief Judge Perry will protect this trial!

The article says Florida had already enacted stricter language to jurors:

Florida courts added a stricter instruction, stating that jurors using the Internet "must not disclose your thoughts about your jury service or ask for advice on how to decide a case." At least six other states have taken similar steps.

Great observation!

Found the photo of JB receiving the "look" from HHJP.

Perfect! would you post the photo in it's larger size here?
About what minute on the video did you capture this photo?
TIA

See, I don't see "child-like" when I see Casey's hair long. It looks to me like she is going for a more "sexy" flowing look. Especially swept to the side like she had it today.

That's just me though.

I will say that I thought the top she was wearing was nice. It's a lot better than what she has been stuck with the past few years. Cindy must have read that "ruffles" were out of season?

I've wondered if it was cindys pay back. If she was picking clothes Casey hated on purpose. Like that orange shirt. I mean come on... Did you see that day glow effect it had.. It screamed inmate lol

This picture should cover both your points. I agree she's going for the 'sexy' look with the hair. And, unfortunately, there's still some ruffles on her shirt.

wow that hair. I don't know about anyone else but I have very long hair and always have had it. I was raised that hair in a pony tail or braid was for every day but hair long and flowing was for special occasions. With that thought in my head I had to wonder who Casey is preening for. Who does she want to see her as a pretty hot lady? hair down for show and to attract a mate?

I must admit I have pondered the hair question (yes I have no life) and the conclusion I have come to is this;

I think she made a pact with herself not to cut her hair until she is free.

If that is the case, then I shall enjoy watching the years pass and watching that mop grow out of her cell window.

Going to Court is her only social life now. I suppose she thinks she looks attractive...

I don't post often, but I wanted to say "Thanks" to everyone for the updates on the hearing today... I missed it. I also enjoyed a few chuckles at some of the posts as well.
Thank You...Thank You !!

I got the impression that JB was trying to huff and puff and show the Judge that he was so indignant, and that is why he wrote such snotty emails to the Prosecutor. JB KNEW he should not have written those emails in that tone, and KNEW the Judge would not be happy with him for that unprofessional attitude. JB wanted the Judge to think that he wrote those childish emails because JB is just so frustrated with the waste of time that the Prosecutor is creating. Didn't fly with the Judge though!
Bingo! Also, the judge's copy was not blacked out like ours! Did you notice JB tried to point out how 'accommodating' he was trying to be? LMAO - not! I really wanted Ashton to blurt out what was blacked out!
