Calling mr Ashtons motion frivolous. He'd have given more information. Not here to hide anything.

None of Baez's witnesses have written reports.

where experts have not prepared reports or examinations both the state and defense are required to provide the following

experts curriculum vitae
experts field of expertise
statement of specific subjects on which experts will testify
subjects of facts where experts are to testify
and summary of experts opinion and grounds of opinion

all must be completed by 3pm december 23rd
