the judge's comments didn't seem directed at the defense to me, if anything I thought he was more annoyed with the stalling from the other side. But the message was the same for all, time's up, get with it. IMO

Oh what a marvelous hearing! Judge Perry rocks and Mr Baez looked liked he was going to throw up.

See, this is why I like Baez being just the way he is. All his emotions and thoughts flutter across his face leaving us in doubt as to what he is thinking and feeling. Baez is very much like ICA in that respect. And what was all that Casey head shaking when the bloggers were mentioned? Casey seems to have no problem with her defence team ramble incessantly on about bloggers. Uggh.

To whoever was worried about the judge not ordering production of notes/video: HHJP did not undo any of his previous orders. He simply added to them.

What I noticed at the end of the hearing (I missed the beginning) was how respectful JA was to the Judge (answered yes sir) and how JB would shake or nod or mumble.

I looked away and when I looked back I saw her talking and motioning toward the defense table but the WFTV camera didn't take a wide shot. Could anyone tell exactly who she was talking to?

I noticed that Cindy was talking to Michelle, signaling and waiting to her. It looked like she was asking for a coat?

Geez... it seemed like I missed all the good parts. Can anyone tell me in what context "bloggers" was mentioned? And what filings was the judge talking about earlier? Was baez supposed to have filed expert info? So what was with the emails? JA's way of being nice?

No, but JB has to disclose, in writing, all the stuff that would be in a report. And where is he going to get that information except from the experts?

I don't want it cut. I find the hair very telling. If anyone wants to get the full effect of 2 years, just look at Casey's hair. In October '08 it was up to her ears; here we are in December '10 and it is down to her waist. By the time we go to trial, it should be below her butt.

As I sat watching ICA with the flowing tresses it occured to me that if I were AF I might suggest she crop her hair short and donate her hair to Locks of Love who make human hair wigs for kids going through chemo. Then, as AF (LOL) I would have something nice to say about my client. Won't really matter to ICA, her hair will be back to shoulder length by trial it seems.
