Exactly. I have a hunch that after reviewing the email exchange Judge Perry was pizzed before he ever stepped up to the bench. He already knew exactly what he was gonna do. His order was swift and concise and left no stone unturned.

Seagull! Long time no see! Does anyone else get the impression KC is growing her hair in protest? Like they are going to say this is how long her hair has gotten waiting for justice (like they're not the ones who waived the speedy trial). IMO

I kind of wondered the same thing, strawberry. I also thought it might be a way for the defense to try and make casey look as different as possible from the partying, sl*tty pictures taken when caylee was "missing". At least if she doesn't look the same, it might be harder to picture her being that way, you know?

I sincerely hope the maintenance crew at the court house keeps HHJP's chair well maintained. The way he rocks it is the best method of judging his mood. And he sure was rocking it this evening for his smack down to JB.

count, there were a couple of times when I thought he had stopped rocking/jiggling... and then realized that he was actually doing it so rapidly that it was on some vibrational level nearly invisible to the naked eye....

No, the order was that if an expert has NOT written a report, JB has to file a summary of what the expert is going to say (i.e., JB has to file the information that the expert would have put in his report that he didn't write). JB could get this info over the phone from the expert without the expert writing anything down.

So, if the experts were to write a report at JB request - then he could just submit them?
Also, did the judge say that all experts (either side) whom there was not a report for - this was required? Spell it out for me - it is afterall Friday at five! LOL

Actually - experts on both sides and attorneys on both sides to write summary and substance. Do I need my ears cleaned out? Very well could be! LOL

Local Channel 9 news just had a clip of a reporter outside the courthouse and he said that yes it will require more work on both sides now.

Also stated that JB refused to be interview upon leaving the courthouse. Didn't mention CM at all. I Will try to catch the other local stations later tonight and see if they had any luck getting an interview.

And cheers back at ya JSR, indeed an early Christmas present to savour and relish for the next 12 days. Just the image of Baez hunkered down and working for a change at this mad time of year has me killing myself with laughter. Ohhhh, this has been a long time coming. Hence the popularity and appreciation of this thread today.

Seemed to me that the order was already written down, and HHJP simply read it.
