They were vacationing together. This deserves some sleuthing.


LKB made contact with Bock in December 2008.......to request that Bock come to a meeting in Kissimmee. Bock could not make it. Got there Feb 1, 2009.

IMO Baez got these experts via LKB's connections.

So Bock and the retired Judge's family were vacationing together on the same Island in the Florida Keys...hmm

Oh my...

I do enjoy learning about new plants..So there were Air Potato plants in the area....

the Air Potato or Dioscorea bulbifera, is a yam species

Uncultivated forms, such as those found growing wild in Florida can be poisonous.

In some places, such as Florida, it is an invasive species because of its quick-growing, large-leafed vine that spreads tenaciously and shades out any plants growing beneath it. The bulbils on the vines sprout and become new vines, twisting around each other to form a thick mat.

Very little of what she said seems of significance. The big issue I can see, is she believes that the skull/remains could have been there one week and still had all that root growth through it all. I find that hard to believe, but that's her opinion.

Bock " NO. I should have brought my Vegetation of Central Florida with me, I would have told you in an instant. I hesitate to even make an educated guess, but---well, never mind.

ETA: I mean, wasn't JB told by the Judge only to show even the photos of Caylee to ONLY his experts and Bock wasn't even signed on with the defense yet! ...and yet she is viewing Caylee's bones?

I just read the passage where Baez voluntarily, for no reason, specifically mentions and points out the stone pavers...the Famous stone pavers. WTH?

I like Ashton's answer "Okay, Why are you saying this right now?"

So she decided she would work for free and pay all their own expenses ..until, Casey was declared Indigent and then, we, the Florida taxpayers paid her.

She received a call from a retired Judge/Former President of the American Academy of Forensics about helping out on this case while vacationing in the Florida Keys in December 2008...
She asked the Judge who the person/lawyer was...Linda K-Baden...she said Yes.

I found that JB has made several comments that in hindsight imply "knowledge" of....well......MORE.

The paver comment jumped at me like a lightning bolt.

Additionally....he made a comment during witness questioning this week....about "famous" something. I have to go back and see what it was.

If I was suspicious...or as Yuri says....curious....I'd be calling foul about now.
