Okay - I just tore out some of my hair and I really need to keep what I have left.

JB just filed a motion to strike the State's motion to strike the defense's late witness list.

In it, he says the diary is from 2003 and the state was unable to prove that it was not from 2003.

He also whines a lot about the the state not going to him and asking the reasons for filing the list late. Aren't the reasons supposed to be part of the filing? Why should the state have to go to him and ASK for info he should be including??

Am I missing something? help, please -

.

Ummm? Oh My! :eek:

Even after almost three years of horrid and incompetent motions, Jose still manages to raise the bar each time. I mean wow! Just wow! Apparently nobody bothered to teach Jose that when you are filing 6 months past the deadline the opposing side does not have to show in what way they are prejudiced. Rather you have to show the reason for the late filing, in your initial motion.

Oh and Jose, maybe if you want the opposing council to play nice and actually talk to you about things on the phone, you might want to consider refraining from continuously falsely accusing them of crimes or gross misconduct in public interviews and court filings. Just a thought.

Um.... am I alone in thinking that if, in the first six months after Caylee's remains were discovered, the defense had expended 1/10th of the energy on this case that it has in the past six weeks, we would not be dealing with this last minute tsunami of [pre-edited for mods' convenience] motions from them right now?

But that would have involved JB letting go some of the moolah he got. Now the State of Florida has to foot the bill for her defense.

Ah yes. And the State of Florida has "spared no expense, at taxpayer expense" to prove the diary was indeed written after 2003, if I read the Motion to Strike the Motion to Strike the Defense Motion to Suppress correctly. Again I say :banghead:.

I saw that. But then it looked like the suspension was "suspended". I think JB read here today and saw it posted in the news thread. So he rushed right down and paid the balance due!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Thanks for the warm welcome!!! I signed up a while ago and made the mistake of asking my daughter to help me find a name. She filled in my sign up info with Lotus 22 and I didn't like it at all so I never signed on.

But I'm physically screaming at my computer today!! I COULDN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!! It was the ticket that sent me over the edge after those moronic motions.

Please forgive me:maddening::maddening::maddening:
