Tape 9 is boooooring. Lindsy wants a tattoo on her back that says "Forever and Always". Tommy thinks she looks good. She can't wait for him to come home. He would lick her toe, blahblahblah.

There is also a guy I have never seen/heard before I think he is with Cher, he was talking about her getting into nursing. Didn't catch a name.
He has a potty mouth, too, talking about his job, armed services, you can't get into the army if you don't have a GED, Tommy said he tried but he didn't have a diploma or GED.
I bet Lindsy really regrets getting the TOMMY tattoo, especially on her wrist where it is very visable unless she is wearing long sleeves.

Cher mentions she is going to do 15 minutes and then Dustin and Dominic are gonna do 15. Dustin is her husband. In the military. I know that from her visit with Misty.

TC: I think she's even lying about Joe.

Lindsy: Out of all people (meaning Misty) - you know what I mean? - she would've told I would think

TC: Especially since he was on his way home - on the interstate- in a car - he couldn't get to her at all.

Lindsy: Yeah - I didn't think about it that way - you're right.

TC: And with all the police around us - there's no way he could have gotten her. I was told that he put a knife to her throat and said he'd kill her.

Lindsy: I heard the same thing. (Did they hear this after TC busted for trafficking?? It seems like this is new info to TC and Lindsy, and they are telling each other for the first time)

TC: He couldn't do that if he was on his way to Tennessee in a car. The police would have pulled his over & got him!


This is really an interesting exchange between TC and Lindsy. So.......several weeks later, the story TC gives is he had a knife to his throat?

Tape 8...Hank told Tommy that Misty told him that Ron told her, he's pleading no contest, Misty wasn't offered a deal that Hank knows of. Got all that?

Tommy saw Misty at the court and waved at her. they made him turn around and look at the wall when she walked past.

The tape is btwn March 22-25 and she filed on April 28th. I did notice at one point he said he loves her and she just went on to another sentence. I don't know if that was intentional or not?

Normally I wouldn't bring it up, but I have to think that this has something to do with information that came out about Haleigh in April.

Kimster, I just can't put "Thanks" for this. I noticed it also. I also noticed when Tommy called Lindsay "baby" she asked him not to call her that, but he continued to do so. Also, and I know this is a little O/T, but when one of Tommy cell mates or whatever was moved, why did Lindsay ask, "Was he the black guy?" Tommy said yes and Lindsay giggled. Why? Why would you do thaat?

Tape 8...Ron said I Love You through the door to Misty, per Hank. Tommy didn't sell any pills, no one is going after the drug dealers by the school, they didn't get no drugs off the street, "they was after us" per Tommy.

Tape 7...Cher said she wanted to go to court yesterday to see Tommy in court. Wonder what the date is? And I'm assuming this is the first part of tape 8?
