2010.5.23 Tommy jailhouse videos on Sky: General Discussion

Tape 5
Tommy and Hank are discussing crazy things Ronald has done and how he might be responsible. Tommy mentions Ron's call to him that night to check on Misty. Shortly afterward, we heard that was a lie Tommy made up to get out of jail last fall.

Besides the obvious contradiction -- Joe, Haleigh, and the van -- Tommy's story changed three times that I've noted so far after the LDT.

  • The one Crocus posted where Tommy says he believes Misty's lying about Joe. How could he hurt her. LE was watching and then he left for Tennessee. Later, Tommy claimed that he, himself, was afraid of Joe.
  • Tommy agrees with Hank that Haleigh might've taken one of Ron's pills. Afterward, he calls BS when Flo and Hank suggest the possibility.
  • Tommy said Ron called him to check on Misty that night. After the LDT, he recants that story.
I'm not sure what "the plan" was in April, but I have to think it was more than Tommy just lying to squirm his way out. Misty might, but Tommy's smarter than that. He had to know his story wouldn't fly. I might be off track, but for now I'm going to focus on Tommy's contradictions for clues to explain what took place in April.

Tape 7...Tommy saw Misty when they brought her back when they picked Tommy up to take him to Palatka and they made him turn around and look at the wall because they are co-defendants.

Tape #9

Lindsy has absolutely no concept of money. I can understand tommy's attitude. I would be mad but he seems to be pretty cool about it. She wants to dump the van for $200.00? I hope her family can stop her. Hope she decides to keep her oil changed on the new one....

Her Grandpa or Dad has bought her two new cars prior to this; not to mention the house...

Tape 7...Tommy lost his last job because he took Xanax and fell asleep while driving the work vehicle, but he still got unemployment.

IA I was on tape 5 and, I had to give up on the tapes for the night, there are just too many varying, stories in this last batch of tapes.

Between Misty and Tommy and their tales, I really hope JO DIDN'T do it, because they have given his lawyer tons of stuff to work with.

Tape 7 was annoying me. I'm on to tape 6.

  • #47
Tape 6....No attorney is talking to Chelsea, everytime they do, it gets all over the news.

  • #48
Tape 6...AH said that Chelsea gave him the letter, but Hank doesn't believe him.

BTW, Tape 6 is with Hank and Tommy.

  • #49
Tape 6...talking smack on NG. Mocking her (lol).

  • #50
Tape 6...Werter is a good lawyer, per Hank and Tommy. No trust for LE. Make sh*t up, put fake charges on ya, no respect for the detectives, "they are all a**holes and I hope they hear that".

  • #51
Tape 6....Hank wants to find Haleigh, maybe more then LE. LE wouldn't let them search.

  • #52
Tape 6...either Misty doesn't know anything or Ron knows something, per Hank. Ron told them some sh*t at the table that night, LE don't want to hear about it, Ron had something to do with it, had something to do with drugs--robbing somebody or Haleigh getting a pill. Ron robbed the wrong person, per Hank.

This tape is when they were searching the bridge....that day.

I feel like this information is stuff we've heard before.

  • #55
Gah!! My ears! What is that beeping?

  • #56
Tape 6...Misty didn't sell any pills, it was entrapment. They are mocking Ron on the UC videos (lol).

  • #57
Tape 6...."I'll see you tomorrow, I'll be standing up there with you", per Hank to Tommy.

  • #58
Tape 5, which I'm assuming is the continuation to tape 6, which I am listening to backwards.
Lindsy is in MA during this call, btw.
Hank's gonna put in applications on Thursday, which is "not tomorrow" which means that this convo took place on a Tuesday.

I don't think I've heard one tape where Hank isn't whining about no job, no money, no gas and no minutes..

Tape 5....Misty needs to quit with that 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 and listen to her lawyer. "I ain't worried about that sh*t, I knew it was a lie" per Tommy.

BRB, phone.
