2010.5/3 New Tommy + Lyndsy Jail house Tape

  • #21
When Lindsey is talkng about the number 18, TC asked her if she meant 18 months,,,she never said yes, she said no, then wentr on to another topic,,,,I wonder if she is hearing Tommy will get 18 years, with a plea deal,,,3 for the B and E's and 15 min for the drug charges....otherwise if he goes to trial he could get the max,,25 ys....She never says 18 months, nor does she answer Tommy,,,she says no when he said 18 months...Did anyone else pick up on that..This may be why she has filed for divorce...She does not sound like a woman who no longer loves "her" man...Imo

Not sure if this one's already been posted, but I thought it was interesting....:

Yikes....another one I haven't heard. If no-one hasn't transcribed it before I get back I will try and do it for those who can't listen. Right now my butt needs out of this chair.

Seems like we might have heard bits and snips of this. Lyndsy wants Tommy to work with LP and Tommy doesn't want his terms.

I think Tommy's Minimum/Maximum was 3 years up to 15. His charge was less then Hopes.

Since TC has been charged with other crimes before this drug bust, will that not have some bearing on his sentence....Will they not look at him as a habitual offender? I have always thought the 3 years was just wishful thinking on TC part, And I bet after he hears what HS received he and Lyndsey may finally realize that 3 years is just wishful thinking..

Listening to these tapes makes you think you are listening to two 15 yr olds, not two young adults raising three children!!! Soo very sad, yet frightening at the same time.

it is sad...hearing lindsey say how much she loves him and there is no one better out there than him (?)
i wonder what changed her mind? she sounds pretty devoted here...

Ah, yes. Something BIG. The love is gone. She's not even waiting for the next hearing.

This is where we ask ourselves if all of this changed on a dime when Tommy failed his LDT & Lindsy turned on him. hen Tommy had his "come to Jesus" moment with the detectives and the PI and his lawyer and a "confession". By then, though, it was too late for Lindsy. The betrayal all this time from Tommy - the lies - it was too big to forgive and she's gone.:snooty: Run Lindsy run!

Wow, Lindsay does need to get away from all this and pay attention to her kids instead of worrying about having friends over. Grand Theft Auto is a horrible video game and not at all for a child, and I hope she was kidding about not knowing what the Book of Revelation is about. They truly do act they are about 15 years old instead of adults.

Tommy and Misty's parents really set a very low standard to live by. They seem amazed that their children are in trouble.....and I am not.

As much as it pains me to say this, I have to wonder if Lyndsy is on some mind altering drugs being treated for depresson or maybe even bi polar.

She just sounds off and her language and giggling is so not right at times.

Tommy Croslin No More Drugs

I assume this call was made around March 15, 2010.
She asked him why it looks so blurry if he can see her, he says yes he can.
Lindsy ask him why he is so broken out, he says maybe the soap or the Noxzema he is using. She says it looks awful.

Tommy asked Lynsey why Hank Sr. & Lisa are not taking their calls. Lynsey said that Lisa and Hank had just cussed her out and hung up on her for her calling and asking why they are not taking any-ones calls. She said she was trying to find out why they are not taking any-ones calls. He asked her if Misty has tried calling her and she said no. But that Misty has been calling her Nanny.
Tommy asked Lyndsey if she asked his parents why they were not taking any-ones calls and that Hank told her that he lost his phone. But Lyndsey said that he has had the phone for a few days and she is not sure why they are not taking antibody's calls.

They talk about Hank Sr.'s car, that someone stole it. Hank left the keys in it, someone was hanging around the car, and that he gave someone a ride and then the car taken. They joke about the car being trashed somewhere. Tommy asked her what did the police say about the car and Lyndsey switches the conversation to Lisa possibly being in court that day.

Tommy complains about someone giving Hank Sr., Nanny, Tim, & Lisa $300.00 for the phone and now they (Hank & Lisa) are not taking his calls nor Misty's. He mentions that Misty must be pi-st that she hasn't had any visitors. To me this indicates he is having some type contact with her. Maybe they are passing letters?

He mentions in this call that in 13 days he has court, I assume this was the March 31st date. Lynsey asked him if Lisa had court on that day.
Tommy says that he would prefer to be in prison. She tells him no because she would have to switch her phone and number. He says yes you would have to switch your number dam it. They laugh.

Lynsey shows him her new tattoo and says it's going to be all over T.V.

Lyndsy tells him the kids were to start school the next day but she thinks they will only due the tour the first day.

He asked her if Misty called her, she said no.
She tells him she thinks they need to start making it one call a day...he says no...then says I know.

He tells her she needs to come see him on Monday so she can put money in for him, at least $25.00. She said all she has left is about $396.00 left.
He says how, the argument starts about the money. He tells her she is spending the money like crazy and she needs to slow down.
Tommy tells her that Tim (about $100) needs to pay her the money he owes her...

He questions her about where she spend the $3500...I assume that is his tax money, he later says it was his tax check and she is spending it to frivolously. She gets pi-st and tells him if his father would pay her the $420.00 he owes her she would have more money. She goes on and tells him she is paying for phone, personal hygiene products, things for the kids, insurance, diapers, jacket for one of kids, clothe for the kids, things for the dogs, gas, money on the phone so he call, money to his canteen, and she said she gave him $300.00.

He complains about her going out all the time, she says she has only been out two times. Threatens to hang up phone. Says maybe she should take the dog to the pound since she is spending money on him to. Says maybe she won't come back from MA. She tells him thanks for making her feel bad.
He tells her he hopes she doesn't feel bad..that he was not trying to make her feel bad that he loves.
The conversation skips and he tells her he loves her too and that he he was excited to see her. He then tells her it's only been 2 months and she is spending all the money...He says he only has used about $600.00 of the money.
He tells her she would only have about $1000 in bills for two months.
Tommy tells her to stop being a jerk. She tells him to get out of jail, his reply is go to work and I can't help I am stuck in here.
She tells him that if he is insinuating she is a bad mom she will just hang up the phone and leave.
She tells him that she is not the one that is irresponsible because she is not the one sitting behind bars. He tells her maybe she shouldn't go to MA. She tells him she is lonely, he tells her he is lonely to.

He tells her to make his son behave and stop letting him run around wild, she tells him not to tell her what to do.
He tells her to stop being such an F*N jerk. He doesn't want to talk about money anymore. She tells him she feels bad that his son wants her to buy stuff and she can't. He says put him on the phone..she says get out of jail.
They talk about her running out of money again and she says yeah and once it's gone she is stuck and nobody will care.
He also tells her she needs to go get a nursing job, that is what she went to school for.

He says he is sick of lock down wishes he was in prison instead (Careful what ya wish for Tommy Boy..I say), that they feel it's because of Misty's ch*t, that he may get in a fight like he did in Palaka? (something to that effect.)
He asked her if Lisa is helping her pay the bills and if they are not helping out they need to get out. Lindsy said they helped her out with the electric bill, he says the need to help with more than than or get the h*ll out.

This new freedom may be something she is not prepared for at all. It sounds like tommy handled the house and the money. I can almost see where he is coming from when he tells her stuff about the car and wasting money. IMO she is not prepared to take on the responsibility of single parenthood with three children. She may be a dependent personality who likes to fix problems and require a lot of support to get through this. I can certainly relate to her wanting to have fun and blow money but she needs help here. I hope she is getting it. I never hear her talk about her family/parents.

Yeah, he probably did handle the money, and didn't do a real good job of it!
I'm sure she isn't prepared for becoming a single mom, but I don't think he has much room to be telling her she's wasting money, when he obviously spent money on drugs and that's why he's sitting in jail! Plus she was putting up with his parents who weren't helping her pay bills, borrowing money from her to buy drugs as well.
Sounds to me like this conversation might have heralded the beginning of the end to this marriage. Good for her!

I see your point Whisp but, if Lindsey can figure out that you buy food for your children before worrying about getting Daddy out of jail, she'll be getting along much better in no time. If she needs help, I'm sure there are enough people that think she's doing the best thing that will provide it and as far as support, she's certainly got it from me. I just wish she would grow up!

She must be devoted, if she got his name tatooed on her wrist..
