2010.5/3 New Tommy + Lyndsy Jail house Tape

If you really listen to the tapes you will hear the following:

She doesn't like his facial hair and wants him to shave. He laughs her off and doesn't.
She takes the kids to mcD on visitation days and lets them play so she can write him. He gripes at her for spending money.

She doesn't want to talk about his case when she's face-to-face with him, but wants to talk about the kids and her life. He doesn't care and repeats himself over and over to the point she tells him she's not stupid.

She likes where she is living. He doesn't care and says they are moving to MA when he gets out.

She likes a specific day care and he tells her not to enroll her kids there.

She tells him that she finally has friends because he's not around all stoned and that was embarrassing for her.

IMO, Tommy flunking the poly was her wake up call and the divorce was filed for legitimate reasons. Especially after HS received 15 years and 250K fine.

It will be interesting to see if they release anymore calls/visits between the two of them.

She must be devoted, if she got his name tatooed on her wrist..You dont get a permanent tatoo of someones name one week and then get a divorce the next...The divorce is a financial move....I really dont think the matter wth Haliegh being missing is anymore than an inconvience to anyone of them,,,including LC...imho so, so sad

Law of Tattoo states that once someone tattoo's a significant other's name on themselves, the longevity of the relationship is diminished exponentially by letter.

Tommy asked Lynsey why Hank Sr. & Lisa are not taking their calls. Lynsey said that Lisa and Hank had just cussed her out and hung up on her for her calling and asking why they are not taking any-ones calls. She said she was trying to find out why they are not taking any-ones calls.

I wish we knew more about this. It seems to me that three fairly significant developments have come to our attention in recent days regarding Hank and Lisa Croslin.

(1) Hank Sr. and Lisa have been sentenced to wrist slaps of probation only for their charges. I realize we know very little about the State's case against them, but particularly Hank's charge of Doctor Shopping wouldn't take much to tie it into the trafficing charges against his 2 kids along with the others. In any event probation suprised the heck out of me.

(2) According to these tapes, they have apparantly cut off all visits and phone calls from Tommy and Misty. Why?

(3) It's being alleged that "the Croslins" had already been searching the Shell Harbor area in the past.

I think you're right about Ma and Pa dealing with the state. In fact, I thought that was in the works when Hank, Sr. kept pressuring Misty about Haleigh in the jailhouse visits.

Also, if they aren't talking with Misty and/or Tommy, I feel like maybe they are cooperating with LE to isolate the two kids further, thus putting more pressure on them. I think isolation and a reduction of Honey Buns might be the only way to break Misty and I'm very serious.

Where would Lisa and Hank get the funds to keep money on that pay tel account anyway? They're facing a snot-locker load of fines they have to pay off, are being strongly encouraged to find jobs in order to pay them, and their only asset it appears at this time is their vehicle, which may or may not have to be sold in order to pay these fines.

Just saw Lindsy's youtube page and it looks like she is moving on according to her comments section. ONe particular poster on her page is being extremely rude to her and it makes me feel sad that she is going through this. I wish her well and hope she helps le all she can. Listening to her jailhouse phone calls it seems like she loves tommy but can no longer trust him anymore, thats my take on it. Her page says "single and moving on". Maybe now that Tommy has lost everything he will finally tell the truth, In my oppinion only.

IMO, Lindys got a taste of freedom.
Money in her pocket.
No husband to worry about.
His family is away now.
I think she is loving her new single like.
She take spinning lessons and must be watching her figure.
In the tape she talks about cheating by eating a brownie.
Won't be long she will be dating and ToC will be all alone.
Getting the tatoo was dumb move both money and his name,
but IIRC her friend was getting her tongue pierced and a tat was
what would make ToC happy.

wht the heck are spinning classes? sounds like an autistic meet lol (i can say that because my son is autistic) no but really good for her. Im glad she is getting on with her life without drugs in it. I still pray for Tommy that he cleans up his life and gets his family back through Gods help. I do not think he caused the death of Haleigh, I think Misty had something to do with it and he helped cover for her. He sounds like he knows he made a grave mistake in the jailhouse phone calls and I almost feel sorry for him....almost.
