I wonder if LE could find anything if they searched the Magnolia address now. Do we know if anyone is living there? Also, in the beginning when everyone was staying in tents, did Misty stay in a tent with Ron? IIRC, it was rumored that she had gone home to stay with her mother. Did she go back to the Magnolia residence and stay there? Is this when a neighbor saw her with a trash bag?

I will try and find a working link that talks about Misty staying at her mothers house. Everyone thought it was odd that she was not staying with Ronald in the tents, but it was never really explained as to why she was at her mothers. Some said she was tired and needed the rest, other said her and Ron were fighting, but nobody really confirmed the real reason as to why she was staying with Lisa and Hank. Sr. But she did stay there for about a week before join Ron at the tent.

MADJGNLAW, What I really don't understand is IIRC it was revealed not too too many days after Haleigh disappeared Misty was out partying that night so WHY didn't LE check her parents residence..Seems LE would had to have known Hank Sr. and Lisa were out of town in Gainesville on the night of the alleged abduction......Also, IF she was out and not at the MH stands to reason she could have been at her parents home...We do have GGMS saying she knew Misty was at home because she went by there that night..but in all reality GGMS did not provide an alibi for Misty... IMHO..Her statement was geared to provide her grandson with an alibi.. Know something though... the more I type all this out I can see how the Cummings/Sykes were setting up Misty, Tommy and Jo O.. Just had to add to the mix what is going through my mind....JMHO..

Also, I've seen it and will try to find it - an image of the dumpster area where the dogs hit in relation to the home.

Also, Emeralgem, was it you who had the distances, maps, and other interesting info on the trailer that TN and Ron's sister (and Sykes) stayed in at times? (not the address given on the reports)? And where TN may have llikely been on that night and how she got to Ron's so fast? tia

That call that came in earlier that night from the Croslins home on Tyler.
The 911 transcript that says that Haleigh was seen 1-1 1/2 hrs prior to the 911 call from how I understood it.

Yes, that's how it reads, but we can't take the informant's word as gospel, especially if that person was named Croslin, Cummings, Neves, if you know what I mean. They could have said they saw her an hour and a half prior just to throw off the timeline. She could have been missing or dead for hours.

Everything has to be scrutinized because the stories may not be fact.

I always say, we need to go back to the very beginning and reconstruct everything, every timeline, and not believe every statement, but consider parts of the statements to hold some part of the truth.

Does that make sense?

TES wanted it searched back then as well, even offered to do it or to assist. According to TM, LE told him to call off his searches and leave. IIRC TM made a statement as he was packing up to leave about things being not at all like they seemed.

Tim Miller and others have recently stated that they need LE's permission to search an area. In this case, LE wouldn't give them permission or rescinded it. Can't remember exactly where that came from, although I seem to remember Cobra saying the same thing.

TM has said the two strangest cases he's ever been around was the Anthony case and the Cummings case because of the lack of family participation and in the Cummings case, the lack of LE giving permissions.

Does anyone else know where to find this?

I don't know but back last August/ early September last year he stated he planned to search again in about 6 to 8 weeks but never did... Why I don't know..

But I do know Tim Miller stated LE told him to leave not too long after Haleigh was reported missing and LE denied they told Tim Miller to leave... In reference to myself I'll take Tim Miller's word over LE in Putnam County any day...PUt it this way, he left and never went back to search...JMHO
