As AZ had said a few days back, if the defense had just talked to the SA, a lot of these motions would have never seen the light of day and not cost anything. Defense wants to talk about wasting resources! They have just cost how much in motions that are just been agreed upon in written responses!

An aside. KC looks very pretty today. If her image consultant is reading....

The sideswept hair is age appropriate and doesn't look like she is trying too hard to look younger. The blue is a nice color. The fitted shirt is neat and appears genuine as opposed to "acting a part".

I am sitting here chortling over the myriad expressions flitting across JB's face as CM is fumbling/bumbling/mumbling along.

"Clearly" he is either having difficulty following along.

That, or he is frantically trying to think of which Title Loan Store to peddle his car title at to satisfy sanctions, or trying to remember if his HOA prohibits a garage sale to contribute to his penalty.
