He missed the deadline. Baez didn't even know the deadline and JP had to refer to Ashton.

Dr. Logan and last two experts need reports in by Feb 15 or they will NOT be testifying.

When you file a motion - you need to calendar them to be heard. Atty's duty to file motion and schedule motion to be heard. With last 2 witnesses - if they don't have any reports in by 2/15 - they will not be testifying @ 4:00 pm on 2/15/11. No more extensions will be granted or entertained.

Dr. Logan, Reichs, and Rodriguiz are still out.
