Breaking news: Missing 12-yr-old girl who vanished after selling flowers in a shopping center parking lot has just been found alive.

in Las Vegas of all places.

There is speculation that the person who took her (unnamed) took her to save her from having to sell flowers on a corner.

Yes, she did lose her nursing license, but it was unrelated to her computer usage. She bounced a check, then let it lapse. She's a ward clerk now, I think. jmo

She actually lost her license for "Deception". She practiced as a Nurse at a hospital without a license for a year and didn't tell anyone. That's a pretty severe infraction.

I do not understand.. Why is there not atleast one arrest at this point?{IMO it should be two}..but I'd settle for one.. What is not ok and should not be settled for is that there are no arrests..zero..

In the US of A child is illegal across the board.. I have never heard of it going with out an arrest.. I would think that the ppl of CCity have had their fill of BJD and SA and would not be surprised if there is some type of uproar stemming from there still not being an arrest.. Toombs has stated from his mouth child was found in BJD"s home on memory stick in her bedroom dresser drawer and also on mom's computer..

Can someone please help me to understand why there is not an immediate arrest that has followed this being verified as fact by LE in CCity?? Because I cannot be alone in my feelings being that I will not be satisfied with anything short of atloeast one arrest made and IMO immediately it should have ALREADY BEEN MADE..

Basically no arrest yet is because internet crimes are the most involved crimes to investigate. It's like opening a can of worms. Have to prove images belong to the original perp you have in front of you. Then investigate person who they got the images from and then the person who they got them from. Then take all that info to a DA and possible a grand jury.

I posted a link about an hour ago. Per sheriff, Criminal charges are possible for the stick found at BD's house. He needs to get with the DA on charges for the computer with the hard drive.

I know that's the party line, but I think for it to be permanently revoked, it was something more serious. JMHO

No, but I can make an educated guess based upon what happened after they released their initial ping maps. People began saying that Shawn was caught in a lie because of the pings placement that morning, and then in response, Shawn publicly states that he actually drove the LONG way around to his moms that day, but he just didnt tell LE inb his initial interview because 'they never asked.'
In other words, if you give too much info about the cell records prematurely, people will begin to try and cover their ugly tracks.

I, too, wonder if they were in some sort of ring. 10,000 images is a ton to download from sites. I wonder if these images were sent to BD/SA? That should be something LE could find out.

I think that would have to be a DVD disc. But you can save still pictures on a CD.

That would be One Hundred Eight Thousand, Four Hundred and Ninety Eight images.

Interesting. I wonder if SA will come to BD's defense if only she is arrested? Does that undying love go both ways?
