That doesn't make sense, if it was his porn he would have had it on his laptop, not the moms computer. Memory sticks are usually used to transport data from one computer to another. If he had a laptop, and there was no porn on it, then he probably wasn't responsible for the stuff on the mothers computer. In any case, he doesnt live at moms, so it is unlikely that he would have been storing images there.

Likewise for the memory stick. If he was transporting images, the data would likely also be on his laptop, so that suggests perhaps it belonged to BD <modsnip>. Also, if it was being used to transport, the images would have had to come from somewhere, likely another computer that had access to the internet but wasn't used to store data. Again, it doesn't sound like SA had access to anything like that.

There is no proof one way or the other regarding SA's laptop{I know that I remember SA having laptop at Billie's but I just re-searched evry single affidavit and it makes no mention of a laptop}..but even so for Mom's computer to be overloaded with deviant porn of beastiality and child porn{and she gave over the pc willingly so I'd say she's not the one with the deviant porn habit}..and then you take into account that in Billie Jean's bedroom dresser drawer they confiscate her memory stick also containing deviant porn of beastiality and child pornography.. BINGO! who is the only link between these two media devices both containing child porn? That would be only one person...Shawn Casey Adkins.. or I guess somehow his teenage brother managed to download 350 child porn/beastiality pics/vids onto a memory stick and somehow get it into Billie Jean's bedroom dresser drawer????

Memory sticks can be plugged into x-boxes and probably that fancy new tele she has on lay-a-way. We download english programs on the computer (no, not porn), plug it into my sons x-box (which is connected to the tv) and watch it that way. So -- what type of equipment did BJD have in her house to view this porn/beastiality stuff. Was the x-box in David's room, or the living room, or, BJD's room. Goes to show you can view stuff on a memory stick without having a computer.

There are so, so many places on the internet to view/learn about/fantasize about with regard to deviant things. There is deviant art, body modifications, fetish sites (for anything!), you name it. Lots of people look at that stuff -

I don't consider finding porn to be that big of a deal, unless it was something illegal, like animals or children.

Honestly, there is NO way to know what media equipment BD owned prior to the report of HD missing. SA had PLENTY of time to make it disappear as well. SA could also use open Wi-Fi as well. It's a little harder to track but every movement is traceable.
SA could sit in a parking lot and not even enter the business.
IMO BD did have internet access at some point. She's a liar! Why believe anything she has said?

But I don't know if it is fair to assume Billie knew what was on a memory card if she did not have a device to view the card contents with. I did not notice a camera of any sort in the electronics search warrant information, so I don't know if the card was "from" a camera. I know that all my cameras use these cards, but my last 3 laptops have had SD card slots (the type of memory card MY camera uses) and I often use an SD card to move things from one computer to another when I bring work home. So I have lots of cards with "stuff" on them that was NOT put on them by a camera.

Sorry to deviate from what you were discussing, but I saw other comments up-thread indicating that if it was a memory card it MUST be from a camera (for instance, home-porn).

Oh Gawd - My mind just flashed her statement. She's going to say it was SA's drawer and she didn't know it was there, and she needs to talk to him about it and stuff, but hasn't had a chance to yet. Where I used to work we had a large IT department. HR was notified when someone was "surfing" for an extended period of time. Notified immediately when someone was on a porn site. I know this, cuz I worked with the HR department and attended meetings that included web history reports. At work, the internet and traffic belongs to the company (as do e-mails). In a hospital setting, this would be very important, especially when it comes to patient records.

I just can't imagine that someone didn't know what this thing was up to. I'm also praying that LE pulled all her work internet history and e-mails. That information should be released as well.

On that note, many people in our company were fired for being on the internet all day. 1 dude arrested for child porn (that I know of). You really have no privacy (nor should you expect it) if you're being paid not to work.
