WHAT is the REAL reason we are here? Not ICA being in hand cuffs for 10 bleedin minutes, but Caylee Marie! At that time, CAYLEE was MISSING for 31 days. This was no longer about a car and some cheques. No COP LEO or any Police officer/rcmp would let her go, or let her "bolt" MR MASON!. She was a mother, getting caught in a bunch of lies, her daughter was missing, she should have been helping. at that moment everyone was starting to just grasp what was going on. I dont blame them and I cant think any other LEO would have done anything different

If she took off running that would be a red flag to chase her? Weird line of questioning.

They are trying to establish that if someone is not free to go, they are detained, possibly in custody and Miranda is required - so statements gathered therein may be inadmissible.

Maybe that is why both of her parental units were yammering on the stand about how KC only got four hours of sleep--meaning because she didn't climb out the window and disappear that she was innocent.

This must be one of those Anthony-isms: pizza and squirrels smell therefore KC is innocent.
