Sorry if this has already been discussed but I just noticed that even after the big drama re the seating ~ the defense is not at the "chosen" table, are they? They must have decided that the cameras will honor their instructions to not take close-ups of what Casey's writing. Much ado over nothing ~ as usual.

Just giving an observation here on just when anyone could ever be seen in a front seat of a squad car..ONLY when NOT running, and a statement is getting obtained..and the weather outside is cold, or raining..otherwise..ALL transportation in a squad car passengers are [place in the back seat..which incidently has NO HANDLES on the inside...IF car in not running, then witnesses are allowed to sit in front seat with documenting officer...
