I can't believe the defense.........they are spinning this into a LE F-up case just like OJ's case...........I'm gonna have a freaking mental breakdown over this case........I can feel it coming!!!!!!!

Why did Baez say that? Did he just not confirm that the car smelled like death and not pizza? And, why didn't YM check out the death smell that night, because something was (obviously) dead in the trunk, and therefore, ICA should have been arrested and Mirandized that night -- and should probably be on death row by now!

Is that what he just said? That was my interpretation! If ya ever want an attorney, JB is not who you should call. He just hung his client out to twist in the wind.

Thank you! ITA...and I keep thining this is the man that stood on the steps and said my client is innocent????? He is bringing up all the bagage he wants left out....he is insisting that his client showed just casue and someone should throw the key away......meanwhile his client is so engrossed in whatever she was reading didn't stand for the judge????

JB is confusing. I didn't get where he was going. Why should she be mirandized? She was cooperating. You can tell by the smiling picture of her submitted into evidence!! LOL!!

that smiling pic says it all to me. she was posing and smiling for the camera during all of this. doesnt seem to me she was scared at all of them or worried she was going to get arrested. remember arrested on a f@@@@**!!! whim??

I have the same confused look on my face, except my jaw is still on the ground! I thought I was done being infuriated with the defense...I have only begun apparantly! Wonder what the sidebar is about......
