So LDB is showing that KC was not being arrested or detained or cuffed for child neglect or kidnapping because this LEO filled out Zanny as the kidnapping suspect. PERFECT!!!

Good job Linda is showing KC was not a suspect that night and therefore was not arrested or suspected for anything therefore she was not being "questioned" when speakign with LE or driving around with them looking for Caylee.
