Back to the "how big and tall and scary and manly" all these officers were thing--JB, keep trying. Hope that when TL takes the stand, the SA can ask him how tall he is and how much he weighs... (sorry, no I don't but YKWIM)

JB is a total looney tunes. Is he really following this line of questioning.

Detectives can't rely on pieces of information until he puts it all together and he did that at the Universal Studios fake office and that is when he arrested her.

They are trying to say they treated her as a suspect as soon as things got hinky?

Why shouldn't they arrest her at that point? Her daughter was missing for a month already and she was lying about everything, including the nanny's address and phone number. Why not arrest her and try and sort things out?

clear your cache first and shut down everything else and all other tabs but WS then try the fox - it's a lot less ad heavy and doesn't use up as much bandwidth as some of the others.

This is a play right out of Andrea Lyon's "police are intimidating" speech. I have heard these words out of her mouth in her lectures. VERBATIM. This was included in her "I handcuffed myself to the witness stand to show how it feels to be in custody" speech.

JB IS NOT SCREWING UP THIS TIME. He is working to prove the LEO's did not read ICA her Miranda rights,even though they knew she lied and had now committed a crime .
