YURI is so good....this is all smoke and mirrors....they are only showing that the police were doing a NORMAL investigation. That is what they do, when they have enough evidence after investigating and finding the truth and if that truth leads to someone's guilt that is when they will miranda them.

Yuri is very bright - very good at clarifying.

The room was in an area for employees only, but was not necessarily defined as a secured area - nothing to stop anyone from walking in.

The area was not open to the public: Baez making this point because of the detention and in custody and interrogation issues.
