Wonder if both sides get to "summarize" after the end of this motion hearing, like closing arguments. So much has been testified to, it kinda needs to be wrapped up.

OK, my personal opinion is that LE was focused on finding a missing baby and not so much with arresting KC the Liar. Arresting her meant she would lawyer up and LE would not have any more shots at getting answers from her. IMO, that's why they didn't just cuff her lying butt the moment they realised she was full of crap.

Naturally, Yuri must have made this fictions phone call to GA from his super secret bat phone...could it have been the same bat phone Zanny had....was it the one with the sim car that KC lost? Wow! I broke this case! Clearly it is all about bat phones! Lmao at the defense.

They had better accept the fact that the only way to save Lil Miss Liar is to put her on the stand and try to cry it was an accident and she lied to LE about everything which would also destroy CA/GA's future plans to go look for Caylee when ICA is free...

The Defense is going down in flames. And if this was just an attempt to get everything thrown out at Universal they gave it their best shot...but until someone is under arrest they are not mirandized and that person, ICA, was free to tell her lies all she wanted until the detectives had had enough of her BS.

Incidentally, if the State is trying to impeach the A's they don't have to try very hard...they seem all too happy to do that to themselves.

In summary, CA wanted LE to arrest KC for credit card theft by showing LE receipts and begging them to not let KC leave...all of this after the cops arrived and KC has already told CA the Zanny story that CA clearly didn't buy cuz she wanted KC arrested so LE could force KC to tell her where Caylee was.

Yuri is schooling JB. Also, y'all need to stop drooling over my future boyfriend. Lol..Yuri I mean...no way I meant JB...he only has eyes for ICA...
