What does overruled mean? Can someone explain to me what LBD is doing when she objects? and if it goes in favor what does the judge say?

Over ruled means that the objection is denied. Sustains means the objection is granted.

A person objects when the question is not proper based on many different things, relevance, leading question etc etc.

The opposing attorney can object if they feel a question was irrelevant or some other reason. If it is sustained the Judge agrees with the objection. If overruled the judge agrees with the other.

I am in the same boat. I do not have one drop of empathy, sympathy or compassion for GA, CA, LA or ICA. This superficial "act" of love and caring in the family sickens me to my core. I cannot help but think that in the long run, that baby was better off not being in this family and their fantasy life of smoke and mirrors. Was there a single soul in any of them?
