Lee is NOT going to lie. I am convinced.

  • #964
YES! I love LDB!!!! You would have done an investigation on your own. Correct?
Absolutely.

  • #965
OMG I'm thinking like LDB!! This is what I thought she should bring up...how he started investigating right away.

  • #966
LDB: Despite your shock that Caylee was missing and feelings of white noise etc., you decided this was a problem and you were going to solve this problem.
You, even if LE didn't show up and do anything, you decided you were going to get busy and solve this.

You decided on your own to go to Tony L.'s apartment and get ICA's bag.

Isn't Lee under some type of immunity and doesn't he have to be truthful now ? Or does that just apply to the trial ?

  • #968
LDB now taking LA through his early morning trip to TL's for KC's belongings. She has brought up the receipts that were in that bag.

  • #969
heh I'd forgotten about Det. Lee and his investigations.

The difference in demeanor between GA and LA is incredible (and telling). Lee seems to be straightforward, not defensive, and trustworthy IMO. (wow, did I just call an A trustworthy?)

OMG - this screen cap is too EERIE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shows the confusion of all the lies and deceit - the layers and overwhelmingness of it all........but somehow, I saw this pic as how Caylee sees this from heaven.

So far he seems to be honest for the most part.

Seriously this has nothing to to with that. This line of questioning has to do with JB trying to show that the state was trying to circumvent his ability to protect his client's rights to not answer state questions without counsel present (or not at all), b y getting her family to do their bidding. these are very good defense tactics. I hope they fail but I am starting to get a bit worried. Despite JB's bumblings and lack of professionalism, these are great tactics and may work.

With respect although the tactic is a good one, not with this attorney, his client and this family. They are self admitted liars nothing they say will change that, at all times LE has made it clear they have no access to JB's client and no expectation of such and this is how it should be. I don't share your pessimism.

Lee should be an example to his parents on how to behave on the stand. Clear. to the point. facts.

  • #975
heh I'd forgotten about Det. Lee and his investigations.

wait now - we are kind of getting a different view of all of this...

  • #976
At least LA isn't lying...I'm hoping someone stands up for Caylee...maybe he will...

  • #977
Lee is nodding, it's like he is dying for LDB to question him.
She is being very respectful/professional and Lee is cooperating.

  • #978
He seems very much at ease with LDB.

  • #979
I think Lee is lying about lying to the inmate and she is pretending to be upset with him. All an act. moo

  • #980
Maybe dressed badly but thus far, is showing proper courtroom respect. Keep it up buddy!
