Who is on trial? GA is very defensive and very combative. This will not play well at trial ... why is he not cooperative? -- especially if SODDI.

I am suprised that the A's lawyers didn't tell them to be better behaved today.
The jurors are going to see their being defensive as a sign of dshonesty
