HMMMM Very interesting!....It's TOTALLY okay for the Esquire to NOT REMEMBER specifics BUT it's NOT okay for LE who answer MANY MANY CALLS to be vague on SPECIFICS!:maddening::maddening::maddening:

AND so............:floorlaugh: NICE of HHJP to SAVE BAEZ re: atty & client priv.:floorlaugh:

LAW 101! :banghead:

I have officially just lost my mind. Judge warning Baez about attorney client privilege.

Is this the one who KC had her crush on?

OMG now it all makes sense...this is about JB trying to get thrown off the case. It is the only logical answer. THE ONLY ONE.

Judge NOT happy. What you're about to do and you need to think about it.

You can not use the attorney client priveledge.

IT"S OPEN!!!!!!

The Judge just clearly stated IT"S OPEN!!!!!!!!!!

OPEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is that a cool Florida breeze I feel???

Adams actually was the one who didn't want to go there and said so. Judge Perry at that point stepped in. Adams seems more on top of things than JB.

Sorry everyone, I just got here today.
Who is this on the stand now?

JB headed into dangerous territory w/ Gabe Adams (formerly w/ his own firm). Gabe was working w/ JB's firm. JB wanted Gabe to recall points that would've been beneficial for the defense about meetings from August 2008. Seemed to me JB was leading Gabe and Gabe stated he didn't truly remember the points JB wanted made. JB had to abandon the point and move on.

wish camera would show ICA while this attorney is speaking. oh they are...and look she is actually paying attention and making eye contact.

Why do I not remember Gabriel Adam? Like AT ALL?

ETA: And I have followed this case since day 1!

HHJP to Baez: Remember the following ...You can not use attorney client privilege as a shield then turn around and open it up and use it as a shield...you opened it...it's open!

OK - I don't want a TO over this so I will explain what I am going to say...

Someone REALLY needs to send Baez a copy of "Law for Dummies". NOT that I am necessarily CALLING him a Dummy, but he needs help. At least that publication would break things down in "layman's terms" for him, because IMO, his law school books "confused" him - to use one of his own descriptions of himself.
