Ok lawyers- if GA was in his words working directly for LE and he in turn hires DC. Is it reasonable that DCs workproduct was in fact LEs?

I really don't understand why Casey is so cold to her parents!

  • #603
What was ica touching that the officer made her put away? also doens't look good the chit-chats with MM.....to much girl talk type thing

UNFAIR to the SA to have HHJP warning baez about privelige

Wouldn't it have just been WONDERFUL if he hadn't done that and allowed JB to step right in it? I know it would have been a definate appeal issue, but the things we could have learned would have been well worth it! Somehow, though, I feel LDB would have objected and asked for a sidebar so that they could inform JB what a mistake he was making. LDB has class.

Get yer drinks people, Gonna recess til 3, then we get Lee!!

I made a rhyme.

This is like halftime at the SuperBowl...toilets flushing across America and overseas!

That was quite a revelation............that MH wowre a wire! I wonder what sort of info he gleaned!

And what info did he give? ICA was talking to him the whole time she was with TL!

I don't think he meant to help the state (although he did). We have to remember, the state can only questin to the motion, and not veer too far off what JB opened the door to during questioning. I am thrilled that the judge delved into it further.

However, I do think the State should have asked a few more questions. Perhaps seeing as how much JP fumbled with this witness, they didn't feel the need to do so.

That's how I took it. May be incorrect.

MOO

Mel

And I don't think the State wanted to get even CLOSE to touching the AC priv issue. I think it made them nervous and just wanted to move on.

In Session saying the jury will be sympathetic to GA.

All:

Where this lands is random.

Out of respect for everyone trying to follow along, please try to refrain (even just a little bit) from posting the one-line zingers, etc. and keep the discussion/posting focused on what is happening in the hearing. Not saying you can't do it...just asking you to consider it before hitting that "post reply" button.

TIA!

Lee's up next! Wonder how he's going to behave. I've been interested in seeing him speak especially after ICA's allegations...

He'll probably kiss his wrist and mouth sweet nothings...

The caller is saying why is GA so upset when they are just trying to get to the bottom of this and she thinks it is because ICA did it.

My jaw is still on the floor.

"You opened the door." HHJP

What is it with this case and doors??? Bedroom doors, car doors, Walmart Doors, front doors, back doors, garage doors, trap doors......Oh wait...the defense wishes they had a trap door. None have been installed under their table yet.

Thank you for keeping me laughing.

How are they able to say they were acting as agents of the state without saying they thought Casey killed Caylee or did something with her? Are they trying to say LE duped them into working on the dark side, helping them to build a murder case against her when all they were doing was whatever it took to find their missing Caylee? This is so preposterous.
Cindy demanded to know "What did you do?!"
Lee told Casey, "We're gonna find out what happened."
George said he knew in his gut what that smell in the trunk was.
So far, this has been a garish spotlight on a family of liars.

Don't know about that kaRN, but, now that George has come to the sudden realization that he was "working for the FBI", I expect that he will be putting in for back pay as well as hazardous pay to boot!!:floorlaugh:

Since Lee is about to take the stand, I feel like I need to do my duty and remind all my pals one more time to please be careful about the namecalling.

  • #619
I wonder if JB asking GA if he would do anything to protect CA is setting him up to pin something on GA

BBM! :twocents: Great point BUT it does introduce that GA has absolutely NO problem:maddening: with "breaking the law".........:seeya: and for me,:innocent: myself :innocent: and I :innocent: THAT translates into LYING ON THE STAND aka under oath or for GA's edification, PERJURY! :truce: Just say'in :banghead::banghead::banghead:
