JB: Isn't it interesting that the one video where GA asks CA to write this letter, and this whole charade happens - it doesn't get to the media and "disappears". The one visitiation, where something occurred that LE doesn't want to be disclosed, it disappears. That's what I want you to take notice of in the court file.

JB is asserting that the State witheld discovery - that one video that didn't get turned over to the media or the defense - and the defense had to file for it.

The one visitation that something occured that LE didn't want to be disclosed suddenly "got lost". JB wants the court to take judicial notice of it.
