Lee doesn't give a "****" about Baez, etc., etc. He is just interested in himself and his business and then ICA and he doesn't care about Caylee. :silly:

And Jose has never returned a phone call to the LE.

Just an observation, but I think that JB has made sure that he gets to throw in as much as he can about how he was looking out for KC's best interest and protecting his client because the last motion being heard is his contempt complaint. Maybe I'm reaching here, but so much of what he has addressed in these hearings hasn't really gone to what he is trying to prove, but more seems as though he is trying to toot his own horn. JMO

No outsider looking in would ever believe that a baby was murdered in this case.

I feel so, so sad for Caylee. Her very own flesh and blood 'family' have stripped her of every last bit of dignity.

I'm hoping to feel that Caylee has regained a bit as the State brings her justice during this trial.

It seems to me and I am probably wrong but it seems like Baez is more concerned no one liked him as her attorney including the family. Its like his over blown sense of self worth is in question.

To this day....I still think LE suspected that JB and KC new eachother BEFORE and now hearing all of JB's whining in court....I am even more sure.

Additionally, I think Baez is using this to float trial strategy, take temperatures, and also to assuage his sense of self worth. But I don't think he knows that last part

I just realized listening to this tape again that even Casey was shocked at how little Baez cared about her dead little girl.

I'm an unclear how this testimony is supporting JBs position. I think it's more damning toward LA - And it's all over the map.

This testimony is what JB is trying to keep a jury from hearing by showing that he was asking questions as an agent of the state which is improper.

I am struck by the initial naivete of this family. I really believe LA was sincerely trying to get info at the time under the belief that their was this vast conspiracy involved in hiding Caylee or going after casey, etc. Wow.
