I find nothing wrong with Lee coming forward with information that KC had told him to keep private if he thought it would get Caylee back.

LE and Lee's goals were the same then: to find the missing baby. KC's goal was to save herself.

Seriously this has nothing to to with that. This line of questioning has to do with JB trying to show that the state was trying to circumvent his ability to protect his client's rights to not answer state questions without counsel present (or not at all), b y getting her family to do their bidding. these are very good defense tactics. I hope they fail but I am starting to get a bit worried. Despite JB's bumblings and lack of professionalism, these are great tactics and may work.

This wasn't a convenient store holdup they were trying to get information on, they were trying to locate a defenseless 2 year old baby.

No. She's acting. She is supposed to show her disappointment that her brother was betraying her by acting as an agent of the state. He is going along with this lie to protect her at this point.
