Not really at all. if he wins this motion, none of this tape will ever be seen by a jury. That's what's at stake and they just may find a jury who has not watched pre-trial coverage so this is not a good thing for the state.

I wasn't talking about this motion in particular. I was talking about his apparent penchant of making the state's case when he's supposed to be making his own. It's like he's forgetting he's the defense attorney or doesn't understand that what he is saying is helping the state more than him!

I think Casey was crying yesterday for herself because she FINALLY realizes that she will either be put to death or spend the rest of her life in prison.

Just an observation, but I think that JB has made sure that he gets to throw in as much as he can about how he was looking out for KC's best interest and protecting his client because the last motion being heard is his contempt complaint. Maybe I'm reaching here, but so much of what he has addressed in these hearings hasn't really gone to what he is trying to prove, but more seems as though he is trying to toot his own horn. JMO

I think LA feels it's a normal thing to "help" LE and doesn't agree with JB's issues.
