I think Lee is doing a good job. He comes away believable and not hostile. Not whispering under his breath.

I agree, but don't be fooled. If he has to, he will mislead in order to save his sister, at least to some degree. Hint of that is when he stated he was not operating under the direction of the state when he went to Tony's but may have been on later occasions ("not at that time, hee hee"). Like I said, he's the least dishonest and I think he has some innner standards but I trust none of them. In the end, protecting his sister is of utmost importance so he may not outright lie but may allow insinuations to be made that are misleading and probably because he's convinced himself that they are true, so he doesn't have to feel like he's lying.

Lee has a baby on the way, hopefully this has changed his viewpoint on many levels. I said "hopefully", my gut says he's saving himself though.

Is this fact or rumor?

I had not heard this before as anything more than rumor, so is there proof?

Yeah! I mean I was starting to wonder if I was imagining it. But Lee actually seems to be almost looking forward to LDB's questions and the chance to outright say that he was searching for Caylee. Someone in this family actually remembers this child and is possibly seeking to stand up for her? I'm shocked. (I'm also surprised we are not hearing outraged cries of fury from CA). He is definately the most believeable of the A's on the stand, even with the weird gigling.

Is she even in the court room? HHJP did say he was having people who had verbal reactions removed from the court room.

KC is noticeably more fidgety. We just had an eyelash-brushing, paper plucking, upper-lip touch in quick succession.

Yeah, there is that! They are clearly liars, some more than others. I think LA is the least of the liars, the GA then CA. So true, their credibility is an issue. Thanks for that! It makes me feel better and hearing the state do cross right now, she's made a good start. let's see where it goes. LA knows he needs to portray himself as an agent of the state but I also think he is not as comfortable lying as the rest so we'll see.

BBM - ITA! I think it's part of defense plan to try to show LE had the A's working for them. And KC knows about the plan, that's why I thought she was feigning being upset w/ his testimony. jmo.

LDB is wonderful. I do believe His Honor will see this was the way the family had to do to get credible info on Caylee's whereabouts and they were working for themselves..I'm waiting for Baez' letters that he "funelled" out to the family and in to ICA...I so hope he is shown for the rogue attorney he truly appears to be...

It appears to me that LA is testifying honestly no matter where the chips may fall. He's showing no animosity or favoritism to either the defense or the prosecution, just answering the questions honestly as they come. GA and CA... are you watching?
