Wow, ICA is being very animated right now. Hand gestures, pen tapping, yapping to that investigator - like "how dare he" "he didn't follow the script".

Lee was there for Caylee Marie and I thank him for that. If I could I'd give him a big ol' :blowkiss: and JB a big ol :slap:

Even Lee said on the stand - and in the video - Baez is in this for Baez, not ICA first and certainly not for Caylee. Priceless moments.

I know, right. He seems to be trying to show that LE worked their wiles poisoning the family against him, but all he has managed to do is put forth snippets and innuendo that he was a force to be reckoned with. This has been all about Jose. I don't see this motion being passed.

Ms Casey truly has only one person on her mind..and it isnt anyone else but herself...There is a term for that..however WE all know the terminology :loser:

Lee's lack of honesty has never been the problem. He has been pretty open and honest in his deposition with the State. I think Lee has no problem being up there under questioning because he doesn't have all these lies to keep track of like Cindy and George. He stayed out of the spotlight and did his own thing, for the most part.

Cindy and George are so calm when being questioned by Jose because Jose leads them into these lies. They are comfortable in these lies because that is what they have trained themselves to do. They get upset with the SA because they are having to be confronted with the truth.... and sometimes have been "tricked" into telling the truth.

So, do you all think Lee is strickly saving himself, worried about the mitigation phase (Casey's claims of molestation) or has finally decided to stand up for Caylee ?

I think he is standing up for Caylee, and "believes everything his sister says" and since she said Caylee was kidnapped, he was looking to find her. KC should be happy! :crazy:

I think everyone gave Lee too much credit in the beginning for being devious. I think he is very literal, very simple. I think he took her at her word.

Also, with a baby on the way, he may not WANT her to get out, LOL! Would you want her around YOUR kid???? :innocent:

if casey were innocent she would not be so upset right now!

all her brother did was say that it was about finding caylee! All he did was say how hard he worked to help her.. And even still ((I don't know how!)) was able to say "I love you" as he leaves the room!

I think LA, of anyone in the family, knows what happened and that truth is the only way.

Perhaps Lee is the way we had hoped the entire Anthony family would be: Still loves his sister, even tho he really does know what she did...but now being truthful on the stand. I say kudos to Lee's testimony today.

I think she will go up tomorrow. It ends for the day at 5pm - I think Baez is doing this on purpose so that CA and GA can discuss what she will say tomorrow. NOT fair.
