So, do you all think Lee is strickly saving himself, worried about the mitigation phase (Casey's claims of molestation) or has finally decided to stand up for Caylee ?

We can't know for sure as we have nothing else to base a conclusion on, but I'd like to think that Lee is finally standing up for Caylee and the truth.

It may be a matter that after 2 and a half years, that Lee has read the document dumps and has come to his own conclusions, and knows that his sister is guilty.

It was refreshing to see that Lee was open and frank in his answers to questions posed by LDB.

Yes, Jose, there is such a thing as a visitation schedule. LE is privy to that - this is not an a-ha moment. I think we even had access to the visitation schedule.
