state: Dr. Hall's testimony is not based on any new or novel science (re: plant growth) it is based on 30 (50?) years of teaching/experience, etc... Defense has not proven frye

Looks like defense filed motions to strike evidence and the state is moving to trike these motions and prove that this evidence is qualified to be included and the defense can argue the evidence in court.
