JB is apologizing for seeming to disregard an order. He is making a big speech. He is an advocate and believes in what he is doing as a defense lawyer and is an officer of the court.

Many time sin the course of a lawyer fufillign his passion..his advocacy often takes over his lawyery attidutde. He is apologizing to JAshton - not sure. I am hungry and this speech is making nauseus

Obviously the SA is making the defense stand up and apolgize as far as the contempt motion. He is so staging this...reminds me of the prayer in the movie "the Fockers".
