JP saying late due to waiting for clothing for kc, sternly warns that next time will not wait for clothing. Says this is the 2nd time they had to wait due to issue of clothing.

I was so shocked HHJP was late, and now we're hearing what happened, and it seems he wasn't any more happy about it than I was, lol.

ICA & Baez in. ICA wearing green shirt & jacket. HHJP said he was informed they could not start at 8:45, b/c clothing was not taken downstairs for Ms. Anthony. HHJP says he will not wait for clothing in the future. "I'm of the school that a minute lost is a minute lost that we never regain. This is the 2nd time we've had to wait dealing with the issue of clothing."

Hmmmm, well Magpie on HinkyMeter reported from the court yesterday that she saw Michelle Medina carrying a turquoise blouse and grey suit jacket before court convened, so she was surprised to see ICA in the same red sweater.

Soooooo, did the DT lie to the judge that they were waiting on new clothing today, as Michelle obviously had the clothing that ICA is wearing today as of yesterday morning.

Did they send it back home with CA or are they LYING AGAIN????

ETA: That's twice in three days JB has claimed to have faxed something and the receiving party states they never received it.
